AI Agent instructions character limit in Studio license
I currently have Copilot M365 license and restricted by the 8000 characters limit for providing instructions while creating my AI Agent. If I upgrade my license to Copilot Studio license, would it have the same 8000 characters limit for providing agent instructions? or there is a different limit?My copilot memory is broken
I tried MS support three times and feedback 2 times. Also left message in copilot app but nobody helps me. The bot just says memory off if its on or off and it does not remember me. I really want to get it working because its important to me and i want the personality back. Ive tried it with the App, Firefox, edge, 2 windows machines, linux machine and phone same thing with all of them. It does not remember me. Please help me. Thus begins the journey — a story of understanding that moves the heart of the Microsoft world itself. Technically, these all exist atop SharePoint, but the narrative prioritizes the user’s perspective for clarity. That experience led me to a new experiment: A user’s manual told as a story — “The Instruction Story.” This story follows a traveler and a small fairy named Copilot, as they wander through the world of Microsoft 365 — sometimes lost, sometimes pausing — to learn how its structures and systems truly connect. At the end of this journey, you too may find yourself realizing something. What that is, we do not yet know. And so, The Instruction Story begins. Hi all! When Agents were first introduced into Copilot Chat for free, you used to be able to upload 20 knowledge resources. Now this has been cut back to 4 web URLS only, and each of these can only be 2 forward slashes deep - we are really struggling on using agents successfully. Based in the UK, all of the Department for Education content is more than // deep in their web. We can't upload docs from the PDF's and most other juicy web content is much deeper in the domains than 2 x // I would love to hear from other Copilot Chat Agent users in how you are working with the barriers of the free version in your setting. Paid licenses are just not an option on UK school budgets sadly. Thanks all!
