Tracking/overview of send mail attachments in company
Hello there, we are using the Exchange Online Security for the mail system of our company. We are currently discussing which file types we should block or allow, but we thought of getting an overview of the file types first beforehand, that are send from and to our employees so we don't cause any problems with blocking often used file types. Is there a possibility to get an overview of the used attachment file formats in the Exchange Online Admin Center? If not, maybe there is otherwise? I am using quick parts to track documents based on drop down values. I have a template in the SharePoint directory that is used when new documents are created. Recently, I've encountered an issue where, after creating a new document and selecting values from the Quick Part drop-downs, the document saves correctly. However, when I later open the file from SharePoint, even though it is in the same directory, I notice that the Quick Part drop-downs have changed from their initial letter values to a number. This number appears to represent the position of the original value in its corresponding list. However, the drop-downs no longer connect to the list and only display the tag name without any values. Here is an example of a file with quick parts that works correctly, the end normally has an index number, but the first two quick parts are meant to have 3 letter abbreviations. Here is an example of the issue that is occurring Can't figure out what might be causing this, even if I don't use the same template, or try to reconnec the quick parts it still has issues once it happens to any document.
Conversion Tracking
Hi everyone, We want to use bookings on our company's website so that our interested parties can schedule an online meeting. The whole thing is embedded via an iframe. We also work with GoogleAds campaigns and of course would like to track whether they also trigger conversions and, if so, which campaigns. Unfortunately, tracking via the URL is not possible because Bookings does not redirect to a "thank you page" or sth similar. Pixelation / Event tracking does not work. Hence my question: Does anyone have experience with how conversion tracking works with the embedded booking page?
Can I set up resource capacity using a field other than Work Hours?
Hi, Is there way to set resource capacity using a field other than work hours? For example, I track story points in the "Effort" field. If each resource has an effort capacity of 10 story points each day (50/week), can I use that to set the capacity and monitor it in the Work details side pane? Thanks in advance
