Can I set up resource capacity using a field other than Work Hours?

Hi,

Is there way to set resource capacity using a field other than work hours?

For example, I track story points in the "Effort" field. If each resource has an effort capacity of 10 story points each day (50/week), can I use that to set the capacity and monitor it in the Work details side pane?
