If you’re using Microsoft Planner, you already know how useful labels can be for organising tasks. But what if those labels could do more than just colour-code your tasks? We've created an innovative solution that turns Microsoft Planner’s static labels into dynamic ones. With our Dynamic Labels solution, you can automatically assign the right team members to tasks based on the label colour. For example: Pink for Marketing? Automatically assigns your marketing team to the task. Grey for Finance? Your Finance team is instantly added. This streamlined process eliminates manual task assignments, making things more efficient and saving you time. Plus, the solution is easy to install. How to Get Started: Download the solution for free. Follow the included step-by-step guide to install. Customise to suit your needs and start automating task assignments. Any questions let me know! So we removed a user from all of our teams and from the whole organization. Now, about a month later, the person in question admitted to still being able to read all of our chats. Only after logging out, the user could not log in to the organization again and therefore not read the chats anymore. How can you make sure that removed users can no longer read the chats of a team?1.3KViews1like1CommentHow do I stop file sharing in the iOS Teams app?
We currently have Teams implemented on our corporate desktops, but are looking to utilise it on phones as well. Unfortunately, while we can add it as a managed app to our MobileIron set-up, I've been able to download files sent via Teams to my test iPad's local folders, which presents a security concern. Is there a way to allow file-sharing in the desktop, but prevent it in the mobile app?2.6KViews0likes1CommentHow 'best' to create a new team - Best practice!
Hi everyone, I'm a little confused about the 'best' way of starting a new Team, and whether such a thing exists. I currently run a 'community' as a Team, and when I set it up, I just went through the Teams app and created a new team from scratch. That meant manually adding all 400 members to it, as for some reason, it didn't sync through and create a 'Office 365 group this way. I'm now giving some guidance more broadly in our organisation about how to create a new Team, so it's got me thinking, what is the best way to do this? Are there benefits to creating it by first creating an office 365 group? Are there scenarios where you should definitely go that route first? Or is that something you can add on later. What advice would you give when simply saying to someone 'this is how you should go about creating a new team' as there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer. Thanks in advance 🙂2.7KViews0likes3Comments
