I'm having a problem running a Power automate flow with Bookings. I create a 1:N service in Bookings. I create a flow in Power Automate. "When an appointment is Created" trigger: Trigger: The flow is activated when a new appointment is created. Compose (body): To get the body of the event. Select: I define the custom question and answer fields, I only need the answers. Initialize variable: I start a variable to store the responses. Apply to each (StaffMembers): I apply an action to each staff member. Apply to each (Customers): I apply an action to each customer. Create item: I create a new item with the information collected. My problem is that it does not copy the personalized responses to the Sharepoint List, it only does so with the first reservation, it does not copy the other reservations. My Bookings service is 1:N, what I want to achieve is to copy the personalized responses to the Sharepoint list.57Views0likes0CommentsBookings Page Embed using Sharepoint iFrame is not visible to others
Hi all, we set up a system to book Hot Desks using Microsoft Bookings. We then wanted to embed the Booking System onto our Sharepoint news site for staff. I built the page and using the iFrame code from the Booking page, I pasted it into web page using Embed. At first, it told me I did not have permission to add an embed from this site, so I went to Site Permissions and added outlook.office365.com using this option: "Allow contributors to insert iframes only from the following domains." Following that, I was able to successfully add it to the page. Everything was looking good on my end (I could see the iFrame) so I published the page and sent it companywide. However, everyone that clicks on it sees this (see attachment) Any idea what is wrong?1.2KViews0likes0CommentsCustom Fields in Microsoft Bookings stored as numbers
I'm using 3 custom fields and storing all booking data in a sharepoint list. Occasionally one of the fields will store the value as a number instead of the intended text. Has anyone expreianced this before orknow why its happening? I beleive the problem is coming from the bookings side not the sharepoint side, but uncertain719Views0likes0Comments[MIcrosoft Bookings] SharePoint O365 : Calendar implementation
