25 TopicsCertificate not showing up in Microsoft Learn account after passing exam
Hello all, Very sorry if I have posted this to the wrong place, but I cannot figure out how to get help to get my certification into my Microsoft Learn account. I have passed my exam, received an email that "Congratulations on passing your Exam" with a link to my Microsoft Learn account, but the certificate itself I cannot locate there. In my Microsoft Learn profile it also says that I have passed 10 exams (including the one I am looking for now), but I only have 9 certifications (surely because the one I'm looking for is missing). How can I get my certificate into my Microsoft Learn account? Or who can I contact about this, and how? Thanks in advance!58Views0likes3CommentsWindows 11 lock screen bug
We are having an issue where some users cannot log back into windows 11 after going to a lock screen. Windows will tell you the password or username is incorrect even though the credentials are defiantly correct. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the machine. What could be causing this? Our users are loosing unsaved work from having to reboot through out the day.73Views0likes1CommentHow to transfer the Microsoft credentials I have earned on my alt, to my main account?

Hi all, I passed and received an Azure certification last summer, and was awarded the certification through Credly. However, since Microsoft was removing Credly as a service sometime soon after, I was unable to transfer the certification to my Microsoft Learn account. How do I do that? Thanks, PatrickSolved645Views2likes12CommentsIssue with Certification not appearing on MS Learn profile
Hi Reaching out to you as I found that one of my certifications does not appear on my MS Learn profile. The thing is that originally, I got AZ-400 a few years back. Last year I forgot to do the renewal on November 2024 and got expired. On February 2025 I decided to retake the exam and obtained the certification. However, when I see my MS Learn profile, I only see the expired certification. Not the new one. Can you help me to get the new certification listed on my profile? Thanks in advance.104Views0likes2CommentsNeed Help Adding Contacts on my Client's Profile

Hi, We have multiple users are experiencing persistent issues with Microsoft 365 license activation while using Citrix with FSLogix for user profiles and Microsoft Office applications published as apps. Users are frequently prompted to sign in to Office for activation, and often encounter the message “Your product is not activated.” Additionally, there are instances of errors occurring during the activation process. Although users can work without issues after signing in, the activation prompt reappears intermittently, ranging from one to several weeks before reappearing. We use M365 E3 license for users FSLogix version - 2.9.8884 Office apps we have latest version on VDA servers. Is there anyone who has faced this issue before?152Views1like2CommentsMicrosoft Teams issue.
At Chillibreeze, our team depends heavily on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams to drive collaboration, communication, and productivity across departments. However, we are currently experiencing persistent performance issues with the new Teams client that are disrupting our daily workflows: Teams freezes when activating the camera or initiating screen sharing during meetings Channels and chat windows scroll automatically without any user interaction, making navigation difficult and disorienting These issues have become increasingly disruptive, especially during high-stakes meetings, client presentations, and internal project reviews. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: To date, we have attempted the following actions across multiple devices and user accounts: Cleared the Teams cache. Reinstalled the Teams app entirely (clean uninstall and reinstall) Updated BIOS and camera drivers to the latest available versions Ensured all Windows and Microsoft 365 updates are current Despite these efforts, the issues persist. We are currently using Microsoft Teams Version 25163.3611.3774.6315 (New Teams app) on Windows 11 machines with up-to-date specs. Request for Support and Community Insight: We are reaching out to Microsoft community, Microsoft 365, and the wider community to ask: Are other organizations experiencing similar issues with the New Teams app? Have any workarounds or configurations proven effective? Is there an ETA for a fix or acknowledgment of these issues from Microsoft? We value the reliability of Microsoft Teams and are hopeful that a solution can be identified promptly, as the current instability is having a tangible impact on our team’s productivity and morale. Any assistance, insights, or escalation support would be greatly appreciated.2.1KViews12likes12Commentsmicrosoft learn programe
I also take courses on Microsoft Learn. In the videos and written tutorials, they explain how to do certain things — for example, in Power Automate. But often, the version of the program I have on my PC is not the same as the one shown in the videos or instructions. This makes learning difficult. It would be very helpful if Microsoft Learn clearly indicated which version of the software is being used in each tutorial or video.41Views0likes0Comments
