I thought the whole idea behind user profiles is to let users know a little bit about the person responding to their question/issue (i.e. background, qualifications, experience, etc.). That's what a dictionary defines as a "profile". Now I find my profile is only accessible to myself. I was told a change was made "to simplify privacy and security, so profiles now mainly serve as a personal space for managing your own activity and preferences." That just doesn't fit with the definition. If the information contained in a profile is to sensitive or personal for public viewing then it doesn't belong in a profile anyway. Please re-instate public viewing of user profiles.15Views0likes2CommentsMissing Certification on Learn.microsoft.com Profile
Dear Microsoft Learn Support Team, I recently missed the renewal assessment deadline for my SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect certification and therefore could not take the renewal assessment in time. As a result, I retook the full exam and successfully passed it. The passed exam now appears in my Microsoft Learn profile history, and I also meet all the prerequisite certifications required for SC-100. However, the certification itself still shows as expired in my profile instead of being updated to active. Could you please review this issue and help ensure that my certification status is updated accordingly? Thank you for your assistance. prerequisite119Views3likes2CommentsXbox authentication doesn't work on LAN
Starting from around yesterday Minecraft and Xbox authentication stopped working on all devices in my network connected via LAN. This problem doesn't seem to persist with any other applications OR with devices connected to WIFI. I would assume its an issue on my part, but from everything I've tested it seems to happen ONLY when trying to log into the Xbox app and Minecraft, everything else works just fine. Would love some help with this. Sorry if this isn't the correct section for thisSolved51Views0likes1CommentPosts and comments not getting approved
Hello Tech Community Team, I’ve recently started contributing educational Azure lab posts to the Tech Community, but none of my posts or even my comments are getting approved or published — even after waiting more than 48 hours. I’m trying to actively participate and help others, and I want to make sure my account is not stuck in moderation or blocked from posting. Could you please check and let me know how to proceed?
