I have data in a SharePoint online list that I would like end-users to choose from. I would like to pull that data into a Microsoft Form, as "choice" options to select. If this is doable, how do I set something like this up?Solved21KViews0likes5CommentsMS Forms Weighted
We have various surveys that we send to client using an external survey provider. I am investigating the ability to satisfy our needs by using MS Forms. One requirement we have is the ability to have a weighting tied to our questions as I have specified below. We would like to capture the scoring value in the Excel document behind the Form for easy tabulation. Can someone guide me as the whether this is possible? Thanks. Question: How was the quality of service you received? 1. Superior (worth 100) 2. Good (worth 80) 3. Average (worth 60) 4. Poor (worth 40) 5. Terrible (worth 0)18KViews0likes7CommentsPrefill Microsoft Forms with data from another MS Forms

Hello All, May be one for the Forms/Dev Community but thought I would try here. We have a process where 4 forms are submitted weekly (Every week has 4 new forms). We currently gather responses into a SPO list and feed that in PowerBI. A new requirement has come in that the forms (which are quizzes) also need to push the scores to SPO. We have done this with conditionals to check the text of the correct answers but the workload for this is unmanageable. I know there is a forms Api (undocumented) and we have successfully queried it to get the quiz questions, but these doesn't seem to be any info in there about the right answer. My question is, is it possible to query the forms API to get the response points, either total or per question? Included is the starting point, just need to know if anyone knows the URI to get what we need.10KViews1like18CommentsAuto filling Microsoft Form from Excel
Hi all I am hoping to use Microsoft forms as an inspection sheet platform. What I want to do is to use power automate to prefill a Microsoft form with information from an Excel spreadsheet. The sheet will contain a register of businesses we inspect. Power automate will take information from that sheet (business name/address/contact person) and prefill the form with that information. The idea is that an officer in the field on a mobile device can open the register in SharePoint and create an inspection sheet with the business's details prefilled. Is this a possible use case?9.1KViews0likes3Comments"Allow respondents to edit their responses" does not fire flow trigger

Hi all, I hope you are well... I currently have been using Forms Pro and Power Automate to create/ update records bases on responses which works fine for all questions in Drop downs/ text etc were there is only one answer. However when I use a multi checkbox option were a responded can have multiple answers this does come through in forms pro but any of my conditions in Power Automate do not pick it up! I have a switch control which never runs because the data comes back with ["under 11"] and the switch never picks it up. I have form submissions set up to trigger a Power Automate flow and the flow has suddenly stopped working after years of use. Here are a couple things I have noticed in my troubleshooting: It seems that somehow not all new form submissions are being registered by MS Forms. When I look at the number of responses on the Form Responses tab, there are several missing compared to the number when I open the responses in Excel (1146 compared to 1158+). I have entered a subsequent form ID (1160) into my flow and the flow was successful. This was the original flow: Any insight that can be offered is much appreciated. Thanks!Solved8.3KViews2likes10CommentsMS Forms response in E-mail
I have created a fairly basic Form which I would like to be completed for New Starter Requests. The goal is to have the form completed and then using a Flow send the details to our ticketing system. Ideally, I would like to have the Subject set as 'New Starter - starter name' by pulling data out of the form. The body would then be the remaining questions from the form. I am able to have a mail sent out, but the only available expression I can see is the response id - which is useless to me 🙂 If possible I would also like the E-mail to be sent from the person completing it. Can I pass the details of the form response into an E-mail via a Flow? Many thank,Solved8.3KViews0likes2CommentsIncrement score based on responses using Power Automate
Hello, I have created a form using Microsoft Forms that asks a user a few questions. I am using power automate to assign a value to each response based on what the user selects, and at the end, once they submit the form the score is accumulated and stored in a sharepoint list. The problem is, each answer has a different score attributed to it, and it does not seem to be adding them correctly. To make the flow easier, I made conditions based on the points (1-5), as shown below as an example: I am also attaching the scoring formula I am intending on using: The problem as stated is that the scores never add up correctly. If I am selecting more than one three point question in different sections or even the same, it doesn't add it all and I instead get a lower score than I should be. I don't want to have to create a bunch of conditions (that seems to be the only solution) so is there something wrong with the logic or is there an alternative? Thanks in advance.Solved8.1KViews0likes2Comments
