Insights Plan Not Scheduling On a Rolling 2 Weeks
I have two Viva Insight plans enabled - focus time and catch up on messages. It was correctly blocking time on a rolling 2-week cycle until the last month or so when both plans stopped updating on my calendar. I left both plans and restarted them, it blocked two weeks on my calendar correctly, but the continuous, rolling updates have stopped again. Is this an update/patch that has caused the issue, or perhaps administrative settings?
Focus time - allow exceptions?
I love Focus time and have been using it for some time now. What I'd like to see is an exception so that I can leave say Friday mornings for 1:1s so even though my 8am-9am is open and potentially a candidate for Focus time, I would like to keep it open so my team can set up 1:1s during that time. Is this something that is on the roadmap?Set up Focus time without reminder?
In the past, I have been able to set up Focus time on my calendar and it has not had a reminder that pops up like a typical meeting reminder (15 minutes before the time starts). I went to the dashboard and did not a setting to set up Focus time without a reminder. Can you please enable that so that it blocks the time on my calendar but does not pop up that reminder 15 minutes before the event start time?
Viva Insights: Why am I not seeing email engagement?
I sent an email 10 days ago to an audience of hundreds, from my work account. I would like to review the engagement, split into 4 categories (highly engaged, moderately engaged, slightly engaged & disengaged), but I cannot find it -- only open rate, deliveries, and forwards. I received these insights on a similar mail I sent in February. Is this data still being generated? Many thanks!
