Viva Insights: Why am I not seeing email engagement?
I sent an email 10 days ago to an audience of hundreds, from my work account. I would like to review the engagement, split into 4 categories (highly engaged, moderately engaged, slightly engaged & disengaged), but I cannot find it -- only open rate, deliveries, and forwards. I received these insights on a similar mail I sent in February. Is this data still being generated? Hi, I'm working with a client on using Advanced Insights (WpA). They do not currently have Insights for Managers/Leaders turned on. They do have Personal Insights (MyAnalytics) active for at least some users. Today, my client received a Personal Insights email titled "Your monthly digest" with a headline stating "Just for you! New team lead insights." This email contained metrics about 1:1 time and other collaboration with the client's team. The concern is that the client does not know where this team information is coming from - and neither do I. I do not believe that Personal Insights/MyAnalytics uses data from the WpA Org Data File (I could be wrong). I assume it is possible that it is creating the team from AD information. Could anyone provide more information on this new Team Lead Insights digest email and how it infers the user's team? All of a sudden Microsoft Viva stopped booking in Focus Time into my outlook calendar using the Green Category and instead used the standard usual Blue category. I have search previous questions on this and they all mention around renaming or deleting the Green Category as the possible cause for this but this is not something I have done so I do not know how to revert this to how it was. Viva insights delay send - I use this feature all the time (the pop up on top that allows to schedule send a note). But sometimes the pop up doesn't show up when I need it to - and the Viva Insights does not present the option to schedule send.
