Forms: Time input question
In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form. I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day. I see a template for DATE but not TIME. In Google Forms "include Time" is an option for Date Questions in the contextual sub-menu. Is there someplace to add this function perhaps that I am missing? Ultimately I would like to add a script to the form that would auto-create an Outlook Calendar event on a shared calendar at the date and time on the form submission.
Can you embed a Forms survey into an Outlook email?
Hi, For convenience and design considerations, I would like to incorporate a Forms survey with 7 questions into an Outlook email. Is this a possibility? At a later date, I would like to improve the output and distribute it around my organisation. I am seeking for improved ways to disseminate user-friendly surveys. Right now, the only option I see is the poll tool, which only allows for one question or stars. Or a hyperlink, which people are less likely to use. Thank you, Oliver
Send approval to the right manager
Hi! I want to be able to create a flow that looks like this: Microsoft forms (example order computer from forms admin account) > Approval (closest manager needs to approve, found in office 365(?)) > if approved, mail sent to me for ordering of new computer. I'm very new to flow and have tried some ways but could not get it to work.
Office 365 users in Forms
Hi Hope someone can help with this? I have a form where users need to specify a person from our office 365 tenant. The way we do this now is to get them to enter the email address of that user. We then run a flow that turns that into a user in a list that the flow populates from the Form entries. Unfortunately sometimes people don't put the email in correctly, or write a name instead. Is there a way to get the form to capture a user from Office 365? So when they type the name it guesses it, like in SharePoint? Thanks! Paul
"File Upload" Option not available for external users.
"File upload" option is only available when set Microsoft Forms “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” is the selected setting. When we set, "Anyone can Respond" the option "Upload File" greyed out
Adding Digital Signature to Microsoft Forms
Hi, I am creating a membership registration form in Forms and wish to add a digital signature, I have searched and find that there seems to be a capability on the desktop platform, however I use a Mac and cannot find any option for digital signatures on the Web based Forms tool. Is there any way to add this to the design on a Mac? Thank you
Unable to save my Microsoft form response
Hi all, I filled in a form yesterday and I was directed to a ‘Thank You’ page after submitting the form. However, when I clicked the “save my responses” button, it says that my account is not enabled for Microsoft Forms. I’d like to know if this still means that my submission went through properly? And why does the above message occur Thank you in advance.
