Good afternoon, We as a company want to create forms that our customers can fill in with the data we need. Like plans and technical drawings. I hoped that it would be possible to create these forms, but when i try to add the upload file question I need to change the settings to only internal. Is there no possibility to create forms that have the request of uploading files from external parties we send the link to? Kind regards, Carina45KViews0likes6CommentsOffice 365 users in Forms
Hi Hope someone can help with this? I have a form where users need to specify a person from our office 365 tenant. The way we do this now is to get them to enter the email address of that user. We then run a flow that turns that into a user in a list that the flow populates from the Form entries. Unfortunately sometimes people don't put the email in correctly, or write a name instead. Is there a way to get the form to capture a user from Office 365? So when they type the name it guesses it, like in SharePoint? Thanks! "File upload" option is only available when set Microsoft Forms “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” is the selected setting. When we set, "Anyone can Respond" the option "Upload File" greyed out3.7KViews0likes2CommentsMS Forms Alphabetize Drop Down Options
As my form evolves, I find myself regularly adding new options/names to my existing dropdown lists. To keep things organized, I would love to alphabetize these entries. Does anyone know if there's a built-in feature or a workaround to alphabetize the options in a list on Microsoft Forms?3.5KViews0likes1CommentRestrict permission to create Forms, to only one group or small subset of users?
Hi there, I have what seems like it should be a simple/common request, to only allow a small group of users in a tenant to create/manage Forms, but still enable all internal users to respond to Forms. - Looking at Microsoft's https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-forms/set-up-microsoft-forms#configure the only way this can be disabled for some users but not others is via the M365 Admin Center but would need to be done individually user-by-user, no good for hundeds of users as it could take several monotonous hours, but looking so far like my only workable option. - I've looked into a PowerShell solution to this but have been unable to achieve something that disables that property for all users except one group. - Another suggested option might be to create a conditional access policy in Azure AD / Entra Center, however this would restrict general users from responding to Forms content - the requirement is to only restrict the creation/management of Forms for most users. Please can anyone advise? Cheers, AlanSolved2.6KViews1like2CommentsAllow respondents to edit their responses in Forms created in Group Form
My form was first created under my personal form and the feature to allow respondents to edit their responses was working fine. After I've moved my form to Group Form, my users were not able to edit their forms anymore. Is there a solution to enable back that feature under Group Form? Can pls help and advise? I don't wish to re-create the form again as there are 100+ submissions already. Thank you.2.3KViews1like5CommentsMicrosoft Forms - Add-in Error

Hi All, I have a MS Form which has been working for several years and is linked to a powerautomate flow to put the responses into a sharepoint list etc. Randomly, the form has stopped passing its responses to the flow, it is not showing up as a failure on the flow side it's as if the response was never submitted. When I go to the form itself, the responses are in the excel document however the total responses says 1089 yet when I view the spreadsheet or go into the individual responses I can go to responses as far as 1099 (Screenshots Below). I've tried deleting old responses from the excel doc and it still does not seem to be solving my issue. Has anyone came across this before? Thanks!1.8KViews0likes2Comments
