We have an email that is being constantly quarantined from a webform. The email comes from the email of the web form server, but is spoofing an internal address in our tenant by design. The email keeps getting blocked, and nothing we've tried as far as transport rules, whitelist additions, etc has been able to discernably affect this. There is a option to create a tenant allow list entry but the maximum duration is 45 days. We need a way to reliably whitelist an email indefinitely.41Views0likes1CommentError importing Project Accelerator for Project on the web in power apps
I want to import the Project Accelerator solution for Project for the web (Project Plan 3). The solution can be downloaded form github https://github.com/OfficeDev/Project-Accelerator I am using a 30 day free trial version of M365 Business premium and Project planner premium with Project Plan 3. The suggested method to install the solution (as per above github repo Maintained by microsoft) is using http://powerapps.com > solutions > import solution upload the zip file download from the github page. I have global admin rights and using the default environment, and Rights to create Power Automate flows using the Common Data Service connector. However, when I get the following error message Solution "Project for the web Accelerator" failed to import: OptionSets import: FAILURE: SecLib::CheckPrivilege failed. User: XXXXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX, PrivilegeName: prvCreateOptionSet, PrivilegeId: XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX Required Depth: Basic, BusinessUnitId: XXXXX-XXXXXX--XXXXXX, MetadataCache Privileges Count: 5443, User Privileges Count: 1632 I am login in as the global administrator so all permissions must be already in place. In the Power Platform Admin Center, Environments > Settings > Users + Permissions > Security Roles and checked the user's assigned roles. All seems ok. Any help will be most useful.32Views0likes1CommentNot able to logon office 365 account or change it

Hi, Multi-Tenant Organizations make a lot of things fairly seamless, but you can't have a shared mailbox that is shared to users in two tenants within the organization. Which is a bit of a problem because I have a situation where that would be the ideal solution. So does anybody have suggestions for the next best thing?720Views0likes5CommentsExtend M365 Archive Quota capacity
In my organization, we are currently on the O365 E5 License with default 100GB mailbox size per user and 1.5TB archive quota. However, due to organizational policy and regulatory requirements, we are expected to keep all the data from inception. Hence, the requirement for a solution to extend our archive size from 1.5TB. From the official Microsoft documentation, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-archiving-service-description/exchange-online-archiving-service-description#archive-storage-quota the maximum expansion of the archive mailbox is 1.5TB. Is it possible to extend the archive storage to an Azure blob? Like an automated script that moves the data from the Archive mailbox for each user to the Azure blob or any other storage service that does not have storage size limitation. I am open to suggestions. Thanks154Views1like2CommentsActivating Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard ESD license on NCE account.
Hello, We have purchased Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard ESD licenses that we wish to activate on an NCE account through the admin center or perhaps through separate accounts, could somebody assist in how this can be done? A step by step tutorial would be very highly appreciated.1.3KViews0likes3CommentsMFA User Group
Hello everyone, I'm new to this group. My first exposure to MS365 Administration happened in October 2023 when a former MSP was paid to move my company's Exchange on-prem to the cloud. I'm putting a document together on how to setup MFA and generate app specific passwords to permit MS365 authentication between my ERP system and MS365 Outlook. During the conversion process the MSP created two security groups. MFA Users and MFA Exclusions. My question is, was this necessary as part of the conversion for say, place holders for accounts, or is this something I should be maintaining? Thank you in advance for any input.98Views0likes3CommentsMicrosoft 365 Apps Admin Center - Inventory Error
We're running into issues trying to access Inventory in the 365 Apps Admin Center (https://config.office.com/). When trying to swap a specific group of devices to a different update channel (Current to Monthly Enterprise), we go into the Apps Admin Center, select inventory and receive a generic error: There was a problem showing the security update status information. Please refresh the page or try again later. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This has been happening for 3 days now. Was working fine prior to that (and were able to flip a few devices earlier in the week). Anyone else experiencing the same/similar issues? Multiple 365 Admin's within our organization are getting the same error, so it's not isolated to 1 person/1 account.98Views0likes2CommentsObtain Deleted Stats (SharePoint) by Retention Policy
I've scoured: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/retention-cmdlets and the Unified Audit Log (https://www.meetingroom365.com/blog/search-unifiedauditlog-powershell/, https://theitbros.com/query-microsoft-365-audit-logs-using-powershell/#penci-Search_the_SharePoint_Online_Audit_Log) to see if I can come up with a method to obtain some statistics regarding how many files and space (storage) has been freed up with the use of retention policies being enabled. I'm drawing a blank. In an ideal world, I'd like know how many files have been deleted by the system (the system enforcing a 5 Year from last modified Date and Delete Policy) for the last year or 6 month intervals. If possible the corresponding volume of storage space recovered from these deletions. Any ideas?121Views0likes2CommentsCreating an Office 365 User no longer lets you send email with password to User
Is this a new update? Before, on this page, when I wanted to create an Office365 User account, I had the option at the bottom where I could input an email so the User would receive the password for his first login, but the option no longer appears...1.3KViews1like5Comments
