Hi all When I share my screen in meetings it involves using a browser i.e. I`m presenting things using google chrome. I get a bar asking me to change my screen size/settings etc on teams. It's frustrating because I have to click away or wait a moment. Is there a way to stop this from appearing?? thanks!Solved445KViews55likes137CommentsBluetooth audio out stops when using Teams
Hi everyone. I have a pair of Taotronics Soundliberty 79 earbuds. They've pair fine with my laptop running Win 10 and work for listening to music. I've also tested joining a Google Meets meeting and audio works fine in both directions. However, when I join a MS Teams meeting after a minute or two I can no longer hear audio through my earbuds, but the microphone continues to work and others can hear me. I need to go to device settings in Teams and switch to PC speaker/mic then back to the earbuds to restore audio which only lasts a couple of minutes before dropping out again. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?Solved166KViews10likes68CommentsTeams meeting button missing in Outlook
Hey all After installing Teams on my Session host (w10 multi-session) it seems like Teams Meeting button is missing from Outlook. I researched this issue and it appears to be some regedit keys that's necessary for this behavior. I have uploaded a picture of my HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\TeamsAddin.FastConnect Which is set to 3 but i still don't have the teams meeting button in Outlook. I noticed that under "add-ins" in Outlook, i have a section called "inactive addins" and Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is appears there. I have tried turning it on, which makes the button appear. BUT!, after i myself or my users restart Outlook. It disappears again... I installed Teams via per-machine via Powershell 'ALLUSER=1' Can anyone please, help me with this issue?90KViews0likes7CommentsTeams meeting disconnecting every 45 seconds
whilst on Teams meetings, after a time (approx 60mins??), in a meeting I have set up in outlook with the "teams Meeting" button activated, my connection CONTINUALLY cuts out every 45 seconds (exactly??). Hi, could anyone give some suggestion that can people send participants in a scheduled team meeting, to separate "chat rooms" as you can with Zoom? For instance, you have a question for everyone to discuss in smaller groups and then you gather everyone in the big group to go through the results. thank you!Solved35KViews0likes2CommentsHow to Start a Meeting at a Different Time for Different People
I need to create a Teams meeting invite using Calendar where the candidate being interviewed has to wait in the lobby until they are permitted into the meeting by the hosts. How exactly do I do this with Calendar? Supposedly it has something to do with the specific Teams link of the meeting.28KViews0likes1CommentProblem with chat in teams, some participants losing access to the chat after the meeting ends.
I have stumbled upon a problem with Microsoft Teams and external participants. Two users losing access to the chat after the meeting ends. They need to be connected to the meeting to read and to use the chat. There's approx 30 other participants in the meeting from the same ext. company that don't experience this problem. # Two participants from another company losing access to the teams-chat after the meeting ends. Others from the same company which using the same company email-adress don't lose access. They all connect the same way and get invited the same way. ## If I invite the two participants again to the meeting and shares the chat history, the chat history will not be visible to them nor will a notification in the teams-chat say "X have now access to the chat and the chat history" ### On the other hand, if someone from the other company invites and shares the chat. A notification in the chat is created and apparently they gain access to the chat again. #### Only two participants experience problems. The two participants who experience can see chat and chat as long as they are active in the meeting. As soon as they close the meeting call, all access is lost. #### All participants are invited in the same way and they're telling me they're connecting the same way also. Our tenant we are using doesnt have any restrictions for external or guest members. Anyone have a clue were the problem is?Solved27KViews3likes6Comments
