Hi all When I share my screen in meetings it involves using a browser i.e. I`m presenting things using google chrome. I get a bar asking me to change my screen size/settings etc on teams. It's frustrating because I have to click away or wait a moment. Is there a way to stop this from appearing?? thanks!Solved445KViews55likes137CommentsBluetooth audio out stops when using Teams
Hi everyone. I have a pair of Taotronics Soundliberty 79 earbuds. They've pair fine with my laptop running Win 10 and work for listening to music. I've also tested joining a Google Meets meeting and audio works fine in both directions. However, when I join a MS Teams meeting after a minute or two I can no longer hear audio through my earbuds, but the microphone continues to work and others can hear me. I need to go to device settings in Teams and switch to PC speaker/mic then back to the earbuds to restore audio which only lasts a couple of minutes before dropping out again. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?Solved166KViews10likes68CommentsDelete a scheduled but canceled meeting in a channel post
Hi all, very strange problem. I'm admin of a Team and a member has unintentionally created a meeting in one of the Teams' channels. He seemed to recognize that and canceled it. Now I'm trying to delete the whole "member xyz scheduled a meeting" post. But there are no three dots to edit/delete it and the user says he has no dots either. Any way to delete that post? Thanks.14KViews4likes15CommentsProblem with chat in teams, some participants losing access to the chat after the meeting ends.
I have stumbled upon a problem with Microsoft Teams and external participants. Two users losing access to the chat after the meeting ends. They need to be connected to the meeting to read and to use the chat. There's approx 30 other participants in the meeting from the same ext. company that don't experience this problem. # Two participants from another company losing access to the teams-chat after the meeting ends. Others from the same company which using the same company email-adress don't lose access. They all connect the same way and get invited the same way. ## If I invite the two participants again to the meeting and shares the chat history, the chat history will not be visible to them nor will a notification in the teams-chat say "X have now access to the chat and the chat history" ### On the other hand, if someone from the other company invites and shares the chat. A notification in the chat is created and apparently they gain access to the chat again. #### Only two participants experience problems. The two participants who experience can see chat and chat as long as they are active in the meeting. As soon as they close the meeting call, all access is lost. #### All participants are invited in the same way and they're telling me they're connecting the same way also. Our tenant we are using doesnt have any restrictions for external or guest members. Anyone have a clue were the problem is?Solved27KViews3likes6CommentsMeeting window not displaying in chromebook
Hi Everyone, I have been using teams in a chromebook without problems, but looks like the new update is causing me a problem. When I join a meeting, the meeting window does not appear and the main window displays a bar with the description "Click here to go back to the meeting". If I click the bar, it flashes a second window but disappears instantaneously. I saw some articles about configuration to turn on meetings in new window, but this option doesn't appear here. Any ideas of this problem?5.7KViews2likes16CommentsScheduled meeting appears in calendar at a different time
Best regard. Yesterday at 8:25am I scheduled a meeting for the afternoon of that day from 2:30pm to 3:00pm and I sent the invitation, when it appeared on my calendar the meeting appeared graphically to run from 9:30am to 10:00am. When I entered the meeting to edit it, the screen that appears shows that it was scheduled from 2:30pm to 3:00pm. Can someone help me or explain to me why these cases occur? Hello, I am utilizing Microsoft Bookings to scheduling training classes for new employees. I have the trainers set up on Bookings, who then provide a link to new employees to "register" for a class on a date/time by booking. The Bookings calendar is set up as a 1:N group Teams meeting. My issue is occasionally when someone books for a class, the Teams meeting put on the host's Outlook calendar is DIFFERENT from the meeting on the booking site. The meeting IDs are separate, despite being for the same day/time. Employees are joining BOTH meetings, which is causing confusion. Is this a known issue with bookings? How do I correct?2.6KViews1like1CommentTeams on Android automatically switching to secondary tenant
Hello, my company's Teams account has also been linked as guest to a customer tenant. What is happening is that each time I click on a link to a Teams meeting created by my customer on his tenant, my Android Teams switches automatically from my primary tenant to customer's one and, at that point, I get an error message linked to authorization (maybe some missing license on my customer's tenant for my account). Question is: is there a way to tell Teams on Android to always use my primary tenant when joining meetings, so that I can join any customer meeting as a guest? Thanks, Domenico.2.3KViews1like1CommentGetting access to Teams meeting files
I was added to a bi-weekly Teams meeting today. This meeting had been scheduled weeks ago and had other attendees on it. Before I was added, they saved documents to the meeting's Files tab. When I got invited to the meeting, none of the documents in the Files tab showed up for me. Is there a way to get access to these documents in the Files tab without moving them somewhere else?5KViews1like2Comments
