Scheduled meeting appears in calendar at a different time
Best regard.
Yesterday at 8:25am I scheduled a meeting for the afternoon of that day from 2:30pm to 3:00pm and I sent the invitation, when it appeared on my calendar the meeting appeared graphically to run from 9:30am to 10:00am. When I entered the meeting to edit it, the screen that appears shows that it was scheduled from 2:30pm to 3:00pm.
Can someone help me or explain to me why these cases occur?

- cymorg1Copper ContributorThe list of known bugs in Teams is here...
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/new-teams-known-issues
Currently it states... New Teams client isn't respecting the date time formats set in the OS. This issue affects both 12h/24h time formatting and date formatting in the product. A fix is pending; check back for updates.
I presume that statement covers this issue. The page was last updated a week ago, on 2024-02-28. - tusharkhanjodkarCopper ContributorIt is observed that "selecting "WORK WEEK" shows OK Status but after selecting "Week " it goes to Next Day

I have this issue to on the "classic" version of Teams. On the calendar, the meeting show as Thursday 7th March at 11:00am, but when I open the meeting, it show Wednesday 6th March 11:00am. I almost miss the meeting as it was on the wrong date. All my meetings moved up 1 day. My date, time and location on PC is correct. This started today (or I first saw it today). When I open teams as "new" version, the calendar pulls in correctly.
- DimitriosChCopper ContributorI have the same problem, only the event scheduled for March 12th shows on March 13th.
- DimitriosChCopper ContributorThe problem only occurs on the Week view.
Work week and Day views work fine.- Ina_T1710Copper ContributorThank you. I double checked and yes, day and workweek show the meetings on the correct date. I will change my view to "work week" for now
- That is a strange one could it be that the timezone in teams is incorrect?

Paul_Keijzers Hello, the time zone is correct. I have created other invitations (before and after this one) and they have had no problems. It was just that isolated case and it causes curiosity. And the funny thing is that no matter how much the update was edited and forwarded, it didn't make any changes.
- That is indeed strange
