Impossible to sign in with different user account
I use this browser with two MS accounts. The techcommunity does not let me choose the user account to sign in with! I'm forced to open a private window to sign in and write this feedback. So when clicking Sign In, it thinks I want to sign in with my M365 company account, and asks me to accept certain permissions. However, I want to sign in with my personal MS account. So I click cancel and get redirected to the home page. So, in order to visit the site with my personal MS account, must either use a private windows, or clear every single cookie for every single Microsoft domain, which is also NOT what I want to do. Locked out of Microsoft account – no access to Authenticator app or recovery options
Hello, I’m currently locked out of my Microsoft account and I’m unable to sign in because it’s asking for verification through the Microsoft Authenticator app, which I no longer have access to. I no longer have the phone that had the Authenticator installed, and I’m not signed in on any other trusted devices. When I try to recover the account through the standard recovery form, I either get denied or it redirects me back to the same verification method that I can’t complete. This account is important to me because it is linked to my email, files, and other Microsoft services. I can provide any information needed to verify ownership, such as previous passwords, billing details, or account activity. I would really appreciate guidance on: How I can recover my account without access to the Authenticator app Whether there is a way to reset or remove two-factor authentication in this situation Any additional steps I can take to prove my identity and regain access Thank you in advance for any help or direction you can provide.
Skype Calling
Apologies in advance if this is not the best forum for this, but I am highly frustrated and desperate for a solution to my problem. I was a happy Skype user until Microsoft took it over, and used the Skype calling feature frequently. I had a credit balance, but now that there is Teams, I seem to be unable to sign in with my old Skype ID and have to use the Microsoft one, and then find going to the Skype Dial Pad through teams, it says I have no credit!!! My other problem is that my personal email address mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons seems to have been disabled as a sign-in for Microsoft - I'm not sure why, and all attempts to reset it have failed..... I tried posting on Facebook, but got a suspicious response and am reluctant to give sign-on details to this person. PLEASE can someone help? Hi, I'm trying to get informations regarding a case I opened 2 months ago and they are sent through private messages I can't open. I see that I have 97 unread messages but when I click on the icon, it just open the Inbox, try to load something for a while then just give up, leaving me there. Before someone tries to tell me that this is a cookie or cache issue, it is happening on several browsers, using normal or InPrivate session and on multiple computers so the problem is not there. After searching, it seems that I'm not the only one having this issue. Could someone have a look at it so I can reply to the people from Microsoft asking me informations in PM and not forcing me to ping them on LinkedIn? Kr, GéraldMSN news community forum sign in issues
I have Edge 11, when I attempt to sign into an MSN community forum and sign in, the sign in window pops up with options, I choose to sign in with my MSN account, I click it, a new window shows up then goes away, the sign in popup is still there. I refresh the page and for a millisecond I am able to sign in, I know it is a millisecond because by the time I reply to anything, the next message is stating your session has expired. I have sent several feedback messages to MSN, as of today's date I have not receive a reply.
