Impossible to sign in with different user account
I use this browser with two MS accounts. The techcommunity does not let me choose the user account to sign in with! I'm forced to open a private window to sign in and write this feedback. So when clicking Sign In, it thinks I want to sign in with my M365 company account, and asks me to accept certain permissions. However, I want to sign in with my personal MS account. So I click cancel and get redirected to the home page. So, in order to visit the site with my personal MS account, must either use a private windows, or clear every single cookie for every single Microsoft domain, which is also NOT what I want to do. MSN news community forum sign in issues
I have Edge 11, when I attempt to sign into an MSN community forum and sign in, the sign in window pops up with options, I choose to sign in with my MSN account, I click it, a new window shows up then goes away, the sign in popup is still there. I refresh the page and for a millisecond I am able to sign in, I know it is a millisecond because by the time I reply to anything, the next message is stating your session has expired. I have sent several feedback messages to MSN, as of today's date I have not receive a reply.Inbox / Private messages broken on my profile
Hi, I'm trying to get informations regarding a case I opened 2 months ago and they are sent through private messages I can't open. I see that I have 97 unread messages but when I click on the icon, it just open the Inbox, try to load something for a while then just give up, leaving me there. Before someone tries to tell me that this is a cookie or cache issue, it is happening on several browsers, using normal or InPrivate session and on multiple computers so the problem is not there. After searching, it seems that I'm not the only one having this issue. Could someone have a look at it so I can reply to the people from Microsoft asking me informations in PM and not forcing me to ping them on LinkedIn? Kr, GĂ©raldUnable to post, flooding error
I have just wasted 2 hours trying to post an Intune question , 2 questions actually. I kept seeing errors like this thread https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/tech-community-discussion/can-t-post-receiving-post-flooding-error/m-p/2280780 It turns out the error messages mention a non-existend "Save" button for saving drafts, and then tell the user they are rate limited for 300 seconds even after they have waited 6 minutes. The error messages are just random garbage and not at all useful, and all because I had merely not added a tag to my post. It would, be great if someone on the Software Test team had a look at and got this fixed so that the error message correctly admonishes users for not tagging, because the error message wasted a lot of time and I even deleted my account and created a new account over this poor experience. Hope this can be solved as it's a long running defect that discourages people from participating, and as a Software QA myself makes me want to never seek a job at a company that treats quality this way. As I write this I'm still seeing a message telling me to "Save" my post using some invisible save button. Thanks.
