Impossible to sign in with different user account
I use this browser with two MS accounts. The techcommunity does not let me choose the user account to sign in with! I'm forced to open a private window to sign in and write this feedback. So when clicking Sign In, it thinks I want to sign in with my M365 company account, and asks me to accept certain permissions. However, I want to sign in with my personal MS account. So I click cancel and get redirected to the home page. So, in order to visit the site with my personal MS account, must either use a private windows, or clear every single cookie for every single Microsoft domain, which is also NOT what I want to do. Hackers keep getting prompting me for a code on authenticator
Hello, I'm noticing that I get a random prompt for a code on the Authenticator app whose location appears to be in the Netherlands. I'm under the impression that these hackers just try logging into numerous accounts hoping that their victims will unknowingly push on a confirmation number and let them in. Is there a way to help prevent this? I would imagine that preventing logins based on unusal locations would help stop it but would like to hear your take. Thanks!
Inbox / Private messages broken on my profile
Hi, I'm trying to get informations regarding a case I opened 2 months ago and they are sent through private messages I can't open. I see that I have 97 unread messages but when I click on the icon, it just open the Inbox, try to load something for a while then just give up, leaving me there. Before someone tries to tell me that this is a cookie or cache issue, it is happening on several browsers, using normal or InPrivate session and on multiple computers so the problem is not there. After searching, it seems that I'm not the only one having this issue. Could someone have a look at it so I can reply to the people from Microsoft asking me informations in PM and not forcing me to ping them on LinkedIn? I have Edge 11, when I attempt to sign into an MSN community forum and sign in, the sign in window pops up with options, I choose to sign in with my MSN account, I click it, a new window shows up then goes away, the sign in popup is still there. I refresh the page and for a millisecond I am able to sign in, I know it is a millisecond because by the time I reply to anything, the next message is stating your session has expired. I have sent several feedback messages to MSN, as of today's date I have not receive a reply.
