Hi, I have an i7-7700K. This CPU have TPM 2.0, It's compatible with Secure Boot, it have 4 core up to 4.2 GHz. It also is 64bit. I don't know why this CPU is not supported by Microsoft to install Windows 11. Update, 10/18/2021: Yesterday I bought a MacBook Air, I know that the MacBook isn't the best computer and that you are limited within the horizon of Apple. But I don't trust Microsoft and the new Windows 11. What if I bough another computer of 2.000 US dollars and in some years Microsoft decided that I need a new computer? At least, with the new M1 chip of Apple I know that they will support the hardware and the will send me Updates and give Support.424KViews30likes318CommentsWindows 11 Editions and their differences

Hi I have build a computer and I downloaded unlicensed Windows 11 Home to a usb drive (from microsoft) and installed it as operative system. Then my manager bought a 11 pro license key (misunderstood each other) instead of windows 11 home license key. Now I try to write in the 11 pro license key but it doesn't work. I get an error message when I push next. I thought it would upgrade to pro automatically. So my question is: does this not work? what should I do? I don't want to reformat the computer since I have bought office package and another program.40KViews4likes16CommentsPossible to install Windows 11 24H2 on unsupported hardware?
Hi, I am not a tech savvy and really want to install Windows 11 on my unsupported PC. I downloaded the Windows 11 24H2 and start the in-place upgrade from Windows 10. After a couple of minutes, the installation wizard tells me Windows 11 can't be installed on this device. After that, I run the PC Health Check tool and found out the CPU is not supported, and the computer has no TPM 2.0 chip. Is there any way to install windows 11 24H2 on unsupported hardware? I tried a few online tricks but no longer working in my case. P.S. I will buy a new Windows 11 compatible device if I have the money next year!Solved37KViews0likes14CommentsHow can I find Windows 11 product key on my PC?
I recently encountered a problem and would like to ask everyone for help. I am currently using a Lenovo laptop with Windows 11. Recently, I need to reinstall the system for some reasons, but when I was asked to enter the product key, I was confused - I had no idea where my Windows 11 product key was! I tried to find Windows 11 product key in the settings, but I only saw a sentence "Windows is activated" without a specific key. I also searched for some methods online, such as using the command prompt wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey, but no key was displayed after running it. My computer is pre-installed with the system, so there is no email or paper key card. Does anyone know any other way to find Windows 11 product key on the computer? Or are there any other reliable solutions to retrieve the key? Please give me some advice, thank you!Solved27KViews1like8CommentsCant install software after reinstalling Windows
After i reinstalled Windows I couldnt install Maxthon , Firefox or Opera browsers. I downloaded, installed and used all three before the reinstall. I was only able to install Firefox by using Internet Explorer when the box popped up it says open or save. I saved it and installed it, its the only browser i have to use now. I was able to install Opera and Maxthon by downloading them with Internet Explorer and when the box popped up that said open or save i choose open because they wouldnt save to my computer. But when i open Opera and Maxthon the pages dont show all the pictures and i get error messages like security certificate expired or cannot display this page. If i download the files form another computer onto a usb stick they wont install, i click on them and nothing happens. The same thing happens if i can download the files while using Firefox browser. Has anyone ever heard of anything so crazy? I only installed SP1 and SP2, no other Microsoft updates , there are some on the Windows updates catalog page that i didnt install yet. Could that have something to do with it.21KViews0likes3CommentsLoss of Internet Access in Windows 11
Hi All, This problem has only just happened yesterday. I have a Lenovo laptop that while connected to a functioning WIFI Internet does not permit any Internet traffic. Unlike the HP I am using at this moment that is using the same source yet is allowing Internet communication. The problem seems to be internal to the computer as two other sources act the same way (Tethered WIFI & a Dongle). Both computers have the latest addition of Windows (The one I'm using now was updated yesterday in fact). If you run the network diagnosis tool it comes up with DNS Server not found. Has anyone encountered this sort of problem ? Kindest regards, PeterSolved16KViews0likes8Comments
