5 TopicsQuery regarding automatic booking confirmation email
Hi there, Firstly, whenever a customer books an appointment they receive two booking confirmations - I would like for them to receive only one. They look somewhat similar, but one looks more "official" than the other - having our logo, and overall more pleasing to look at. The other email is just a link to the meeting. I have tried turning off 'Send a meeting invite to the customer' (from 'Booking Page' > 'Default scheduling policy') but this does not seem to do anything. I would like to get rid of the "unofficial" one. Secondly, the "official" email the customer receives has a "Price: Free" in the email - how do I get rid of this entirely. Thanks in advance! M Price: Free Two emails - want to get rid of the bottom one!466Views0likes0CommentsCritical Issues with Bookings
The new Bookings has several critical issues that need to be addressed ASAP. 1. Some appointments that we are scheduling are appearing as blank (no patient name) even though they were selected or missing all together. 2. When scheduling a new appointment, the patient name dropdown does not show all the choices. It only shows 5. We have several patients with the same first name and would like to be able to see all of the choices. 3. The day of the week is no longer shown on the calendar. It just says the date. Please add the day back. 4. The old version of Bookings was working fine, but we had to switch over to the new one because the old version shows an error whenever we try to book a new appointment or try to reschedule someone.3.7KViews0likes0CommentsForwarding an invitation
Hi there, I work at a University that is trying to use Bookings for Apprentices' Progress Review Meetings. During testing we've noticed that it is fairly easy to forward the meeting link to another external person (this is fundamental as we need an Assessor present at the Review Meetings) however on some trials, the meeting has been forwarded from the student to the Assessor and it says "Sent by Joe Bloggs on behalf of Heidi West" - and the team can't work out how this is there sometimes, but not every time! It would be better if we could have it there when the meeting is forwarded, but unsure as to why sometimes it is missing. Does it depend on if its the email that is forwarded, or the invitation in the Outlook Calendar? Any help appreciated!914Views0likes0CommentsProblem with Bookings - calendars are gone from my profile, yet they're still active online
I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message... Yet, here is an active link to the calendar, which I created: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/FINEINDG216@uofwaterloo.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/7.3KViews2likes5Comments
