Account Reward boqued
Hello, I'm using this platform so Microsoft can respond to my request. I had a problem with my rewards account; I couldn't redeem my points, so I submitted a report. You replied that you would process the request and keep me updated. Instead, two days later, my rewards account was blocked. Now I've already looked into this on a forum and seen that there are problems with bots blocking accounts, and that many people have had to wait to be unblocked. I already had an account and waited a month without a response, so I ended up closing it. Now I'm stuck with another blocked account, so I don't understand. Please, can someone help me? I don't know what to do anymore. And the form isn't responding?
400 Robux reward disappeared after my redemption was declined – anyone else?
Hi everyone, I’m really confused and frustrated right now. I spent about 5 months earning 6,750 Microsoft Rewards points and redeemed them for the 400 Robux digital code on March 2, 2026. The order was marked as “Declined,” and my points were returned. However, after that, the 400 Robux option completely disappeared from my rewards dashboard. Now only the 800 and 1000 Robux options are available. I earned all my points fairly and followed the program rules. The 400 Robux reward was available at the time I redeemed it, so I don’t understand why it was declined and then removed. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this usually mean it’s out of stock? Does it come back? Is there any way support can manually allow redemption? I’m just trying to redeem what I worked toward. Any advice would really help.
Microsoft Bing's AI Image Creator refuses to generate images
The Microsoft Bing AI Image Creator has stopped generating images for me, every time I want to generate an image a message is displayed: "You can no longer submit prompts. Please wait until other creations in progress have completed before attempting to create again." What causes this and how to fix this error/problem? Thank you in advance for your answers. Regards.
Site impressions dropped to near-zero since Jan 2025 — 3 tickets raised, no response from support
Hello Bing Webmaster Community, I am hoping someone from the Bing team or the community can help me here, as I have been unable to get a response from support despite raising 3 tickets over the past 2 months. Website: https://inevia.co/ Ticket Reference: REQ00199330 (raised 19 Jan 2026) Ticket Reference: REQ00202838 (raised 4 Feb 2026) Ticket Reference: REQ00209233 (raised 6 March 2026) THE PROBLEM My site was performing normally on Bing until late December 2025. Since then, impressions and clicks have dropped to near zero. The graph shows brief spikes in December and January, followed by a complete crash from February 2026 onwards. This cycling pattern suggests algorithmic suppression rather than a technical issue on my end. WHAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE - robots.txt verified - Bingbot not blocked - No noindex tags on any pages - Sitemap submitted and returning 200 status - All key URLs manually re-submitted via URL Submission - IndexNow enabled - No security warnings or manual action flags in Webmaster Tools - Fetch as Bingbot - pages render correctly - URL Inspection checked - inner pages not recrawled since October 2025 WHAT I NEED HELP WITH 1. Has https://inevia.co/ been algorithmically suppressed or flagged? 2. Why have inner pages not been recrawled since October 2025? 3. What specific steps can I take to restore normal indexing? Surely this bug is well known - it's been present for a month or so now. Steps to reproduce. Toggle setting: "Desktop click opens Bing" On then Off. Clicking the Desktop will open Bing - once. Every day or so (it's hard to know), a desktop click also opens Bing. Please fix Microsoft - it's a real PITA! :) Cheers, Duncan.Bing just will not index our website
We’re experiencing a persistent indexing issue with Bing and would really appreciate any insights. Problem: Bing is not indexing the website at all. A site: search returns a single page located at crawl depth 2, but else, zero results. Even though the indexed URL report keeps rising in numbers and now shows 29 indexed URLs. The Site Explorer again shows different numbers and totals 48. What we have already checked / done: Entire site missing from Bing’s index Submitted sitemap.xml via Bing Webmaster Tools Used manual URL submission Implemented IndexNow submissions All pages return HTTP 200 (no 4xx/5xx errors) No robots.txt blocking No noindex tags present Canonicals appear correct Site is accessible and renders normally (also in URL inspection) Server response verified (Apache, gzip enabled) Additional context: Google indexes the site without any issues. The problem seems isolated to Bing. We’re trying to understand: What could prevent Bing from indexing a fully accessible site? Are there known Bing-specific pitfalls we might be missing? Could host-level, caching, CDN, Wordfence security plugin (though it does not list blockages of bingbot) or header-related factors play a role? Has anyone seen Bing completely ignore a domain like this? Any ideas, similar experiences, or debugging suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot
Legal question on Bing Wallpapers
Is it legal to use Bing Wallpaper on Linux, using tools available there, like Gnome plugin "Bing Wallpaper" and such? Would it be legal for Ubuntu to add it directly in the distro (not images, those are obviously copyrighted by Getty et al, just the tool that downloads it daily) ? I tried to figure this from terms of use, but it is really hard to understand what is actually allowed.
