New Booking Confirmation Email
Is there not a way to include in the email that you receive notifying you of a new booking to incude the customer responses that they entered on the booking page, including the custom fields. I would like to see what the reson for the booking. When creating an appointment via the Calendar view there is no email sent to the staff informing them of the appointment. The appointment shows up on their calendar. There is also no email saved in the "Sent" folder of the mailbox.242Views0likes0CommentsAdding custom fields to confirmation email
Does anyone know if it's possible to add custom fields requested from the customer to be included in the confirmation email that goes to the customer and to us? We need to collect a very specific piece of information and having to open each booking to see that information every time rather than just getting it from the email we receive is becoming unmanageable. Hi, Is there a way to prevent MS Bookings to send confirmation email(that one including the ics-file) to the customer? the setting "Send a meeting invite to the customer, in addition to the confirmation email." is unchecked on the Business and when creating a booking through the Graph-beta API the "optOutOfCustomerEmail"-property is set to True. I have recently set up Microsoft Bookings for my company. I have three issues: I am set up as an admin. When I create a services page I do not select myself as available. But under STAFF, it shows my status as BOOKABLE. Granted I do not show up as a selection on the bookings page, but I still get email updates when another team member receives a booking request. First, I do not want to be BOOKABLE, and second, I do not want email updates when a staff member receives an appointment request. We have about 30 staff members and that will become overwhelming. Third, I have created an admin for each region. I want them to receive an email when someone books an appt. with their staff. Hi All, We use Bookings on our public website for folks to book time with an employee. We've recently found out that out clients with Canadian email accounts are receiving an error message when attempting to book, saying that their email isn't compatible.
