I would like to see a drop-down box as an option. I created a choose a student and it lists 109 students. I would like it to be a drop-down option. It would also be user friendly if I could just copy an excel column and paste it and each cell becomes a new option.Solved511KViews12likes45CommentsMS Form Limit Number of Responses
Hi, Is it possible to limit the number of responses on a MS form? Lets say I have 10 spaces for an event. Once the form has been filled out 10 times it stops accepting responses. Also, is it possible to do the same on a specific questions. Users have an option to sign up for a class. Once those spaces are filled it removes that option from the question. Many thanksSolved139KViews9likes24CommentsAny way for IT Admins to take ownership of all Forms created in an organization?
I have watched/searched the Forms community and am wondering if there is any way (even if it involves PowerShell) to make new Forms created accessible to an IT Admin group? We are a higher-ed institution and want to be able to control Forms and their data as faculty and staff come and go in the organization.Solved115KViews12likes23CommentsAllow form respondents to save and continue to fill the form later
My comment refers to this voting: https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/18447406-allow-form-respondents-to-save-and-continue-to-fil In our company we use sharepoint and MS 365 Business every day. MS Forms is very intuitive and esasy to handle, thats great! I made a long survey on sustainability topics to our members. Then I got feedback that in many cases more than one person in the adressed member companies have to work together according to their expertise... so they need the option to save the survey, send it to another colleague who can conitnue answering the question... Right now I have to look to alternative tools to fullfill this very important option. But I would prefer to continue my survey (where I already put more than one week of effort) in MS Forms. Is there already any timeline, when Mircrosoft will implement this function? Best regards from Germany Matthias103KViews17likes53CommentsHow can I save a Microsoft Form response with questions?

Hello, We would like to be able to prevent students from exiting a quiz on Forms to prevent cheating. Google has a feature that allows it, but not Forms. What we would need is to "lock" the quiz. Exiting (alt-tab or other method) would stop the quiz at that point and prevent going back in. We want to be able to have students write online exams, but without this feature, students can cheat much too easily. Is there a way to do this? If not, could this be added? Thanks86KViews4likes3CommentsShow one question at a time....
I'd like to use Forms in class ass a formative assessment tool. It would be nice it there is an option to show only one question at a time and an option to shuffle questions. The student will have to submit every answer seperately. Branching comes in handy when I want to personalize the assessment. For example if a students gives the wrong answer he/she would get a few follow up questions. This doesn't work if all questions are shown, because students can tell which answer is correct by trying different answers. Does it make any sense? What do you think?69KViews6likes20Comments
