Hello, I know this has already been asked, but there has been no answer to satisfy everyone's need. It is very important that you allow users to create folders within forms to organize their Forms dashboard. The whole point of Office 365 and OneDrive is organization and Forms does not live up to this. Whether in business, or education, it is extremely important to be able to organize our documents, or in this case, Forms, so that we can easily find them. The search feature is good, but I, and most other Forms users, have so many forms that we don't always recall the name of the specific form that we need to either resend, or duplicate to share with another person, or institution. I work with 12 campuses and send survey forms on every training that I give. I am able to copy the same survey form, but I have to keep the results separate. If I could create a campus folder and inside a Survey folder, quiz folder, etc... this would make my life and others easier.33KViews41likes42CommentsAllow form respondents to save and continue to fill the form later
My comment refers to this voting: https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/18447406-allow-form-respondents-to-save-and-continue-to-fil In our company we use sharepoint and MS 365 Business every day. MS Forms is very intuitive and esasy to handle, thats great! I made a long survey on sustainability topics to our members. Then I got feedback that in many cases more than one person in the adressed member companies have to work together according to their expertise... so they need the option to save the survey, send it to another colleague who can conitnue answering the question... Right now I have to look to alternative tools to fullfill this very important option. But I would prefer to continue my survey (where I already put more than one week of effort) in MS Forms. Is there already any timeline, when Mircrosoft will implement this function? Best regards from Germany Matthias103KViews17likes53CommentsKeeping Forms organised in folders/groups/categories
Due to how many Forms a teacher in my organisation is using, he would like to be able to group or categorise them into folders somehow for easier tracking. I do not think that this is currently possible so could it be considered as a new feature?9.3KViews16likes14CommentsAny way for IT Admins to take ownership of all Forms created in an organization?
I have watched/searched the Forms community and am wondering if there is any way (even if it involves PowerShell) to make new Forms created accessible to an IT Admin group? We are a higher-ed institution and want to be able to control Forms and their data as faculty and staff come and go in the organization.Solved115KViews12likes23CommentsDrop down box and lists
I would like to see a drop-down box as an option. I created a choose a student and it lists 109 students. I would like it to be a drop-down option. It would also be user friendly if I could just copy an excel column and paste it and each cell becomes a new option.Solved511KViews12likes45CommentsMS Forms Feature Request - Options to Modify the "Hello" welcome statement
Hello, Our team has been using MS Forms to successfully deliver assessments to large online classes (1200+ students). Forms has provided our class with a significant amount of flexibility in data collection/processing and is the clear front runner for what we need to quickly/easily/reliably deliver our content. However, there is currently one aspect of Forms that is causing my team to reconsider its usage. The issue surrounds equity, diversity, and inclusion and how forms currently handles the welcome messages when the "record name" feature is turned on. This feature has to do with the ability (or lack there of) to adjust the welcome message that is displayed to folks on login to a form that is set to record name/email. For a user group of our size (1200+) we absolutely need to have the name/email of participants recorded. However, we have come to find that Forms is pulling the first name for folks from a system that we have been told, cannot be integrated with our existing systems to draw preferred names (like Teams and other Office 365 products can). While I understand that integrating a variety of systems to allow this to occur is no small task...I wondered if it would be possible to implement something into Forms in the meantime: Feature Request Options: 1. Would it be possible to add an option to record name/email, but give the form owner the option to NOT display the form welcome message? 2. Would it be possible to have the welcome message instead call up/display the "email" variable that has been recorded in the welcome message INSTEAD of Name? Either of these options would greatly improve our options for equity, diversity, and inclusion within our forms and class....and I'm hopeful that they would be more easily implemented on the short term. Again, we have been very pleased with forms and what it has been able to provide for our large class assessments/surveys but would GREATLY appreciate some flexibility in the welcome message to folks are not greeting with incorrect names. Hello, I am trying to find a way to share editing capabilities in Forms. I have create a form to use for a grade level and would like to be able to share it with other grade level teachers so that they can see responses and edit questions. I have not, as of yet, been able to find a way to do this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Best, Candace TownsleySolved4.3KViews10likes7CommentsMicrosoft Forms - choice eliminator add-on
I really like he ease of using Microsoft Forms! One feature I would like to see in forms is a choice eliminator add-on, like that in Google Forms. It is so helpful when scheduling meetings, interviews, and presentation times, especially with my distance students.22KViews9likes17CommentsMS Form Limit Number of Responses
Hi, Is it possible to limit the number of responses on a MS form? Lets say I have 10 spaces for an event. Once the form has been filled out 10 times it stops accepting responses. Also, is it possible to do the same on a specific questions. Users have an option to sign up for a class. Once those spaces are filled it removes that option from the question. Many thanksSolved139KViews9likes24Comments
