Sharing editing rights with another teacher in FORMS
Hello,
I am trying to find a way to share editing capabilities in Forms. I have create a form to use for a grade level and would like to be able to share it with other grade level teachers so that they can see responses and edit questions. I have not, as of yet, been able to find a way to do this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Candace Townsley
Hi Candace - We have recently released Forms sharing and several others new feature.
Forms sharing will enable form designers to share forms with other people, or invite others to be the co-owners so that they can work on one form together collaboratively.

Fantastic to see sharing (as template and for others to edit)!
Next step would be to integrate the same style permissions model as OneDrive/OneDrive for Business where we could share with specific users (or better Office 365 Groups or Security groups)!

Hi Candace, Thanks for taking the time and sharing your question. Form sharing scenario is currently at the top of our todo list.- Dan GardnerCopper Contributor
Is there any estimated timescale for the addition of this "Form Sharing" feature?
It would be very useful, and has been mentioned "on your todo list" for at least 6 months!

That sounds good. I miss the opportunity to share admin rights with others. I often create the forms, but my colleague will overlook the responses and save the results in our shared archive.
- DeletedHi. It would be nice to be able to print the graphs and responses so others can read
