I'm reporting a problem I've experienced with Edge since I began using it six months ago. After using Edge for a few hours, it will begin using 100% CPU. According to the Task Manager, it is the "Browser" thread that is using this CPU. If I Quit the application, all the windows close but it doesn't fully quit; I have to do command-option-esc to open the Force Quit window (where it says "Microsoft Edge (not responding)" and then I'm able to Force Quit it. When I relaunch it and re-open the web pages I was using, it works fine (until later that day or the next day, when the process repeats). Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot this so I can file a useful bug report? This has happened many times over the past 6 months, over many different Edge versions (I'm always using the latest stable version). I'm not able to reproduce the issue when I want, but it happens regularly every or every-other day. I'm using macOS Mojave 10.14.6 on a 2015 MacBook Pro. Edit: It just happened again, so I took some screenshots and attached them below.16KViews6likes34CommentsSkype for Business crash on start
Hello. My Skype for Business have started to crash everytime i launch the program. What I've tried: - Running Office Quick Repair. - Running Office Online Repair. - Uninstalling/reinstalling Office 365. - Ensuring that newest updates are installed. The IT department has told me that I need to format my PC to get it working. I would prefer to not do this as I have so many programs installed that it would take at least a week or two to get up and running again. I can see in event viewer that I get an error with lync and KERNELBASE.dll - but my IT department says that its unrelated. Happy New Year! I'm having some trouble setting up my new Lab environment using the latest and greatest technologies: Windows Server 2019, SQL 2017 and SharePoint 2019 on three different Hyper-V VMs. All components are up to date. I'm quite early in the process only the Farm was created using PowerShell. I documented the whole thing on twitter https://twitter.com/sassdawe/status/1081670767576838145 I've tried the all usual steps to fix it, Remove-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance etc. Validated everything from here: http://sharepoint-blog.com/appfabric-event-id-1000-and-event-id-1026-with-sharepoint-2013/ but nothing worked. I'm kindly ask you, any ideas? ThanksSolved11KViews0likes5CommentsTeams crashes when sharing entire screen and notebook connected to ultrawide monitor

Hello We have a serious issue with the new Teams client in our VDI (Horizon) environment. After running fine for a while (can be multiple hours up to days) Teams crashes / vanishes with the following error. We suspect it might happen during an automatic update. The same error is displayed when trying to launch ms-teams.exe from that path manually. This never happened with classic Teams. We have no idea what causes this and how to fix it, any help is appreciated.Solved8.5KViews0likes20CommentsTeams Desktop App crashes in a restart loop (renderer process crashed)
Version: 1.3.00.28779 (64-Bit) - Windows 10 (20H2) If I start Teams Desktop App it crashes after a few seconds, restarts and then the same thing on and on... In the past it worked perfect on this system, but someday this error occured - maybe after driver or windows updates, don't really know. What I still tried: uninstall Teams install newest graphic drivers install all Windows updates deleting all cache data in appdata directory starting Teams by teams.exe directly, not by shortcut changing audio devices change window size directly minimize window to task bar and wait These are all "errors" in the logfile - i think the render process is the crash moment. Hi, I have this problem since many weeks now, Microsoft Teams crashes and restart itself 5-10 min after starting a call. The screen share is very slow, meaning that if one of my colleagues shares his screen to me, it takes a very long time for me to see his screen (black screen). When my colleagues activate their camera, the frames per second of the retransmission is very very low, it is very jerky, it is not smooth at all. When I use my desktop computer, it works perfectly fine, but when I use my laptop (Dell XPS 9300 2020), it is a mess... My laptop has a pretty decent configuration, so it is not a problem of performance. I can also assume that it is not a problem of internet, because my internet is pretty fast. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Teams, nothing was fixed. Thank you.6.6KViews0likes3CommentsEdge canary 115.0.1834.0 crashes on opening
