Copilot in Windows now allow connections with Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Contacts. It also allows connection with personal accounts of Outlook and OneDrive. You can now get insights and prompt Copilot based on these connections. You can test it out and give feedback to Microsoft to further improve Copilot's connection with third-party applications. Copilot PRO won't put appointments in my agenda ... what's wrong?
Hallo everyone, Today i ask copied pro to put an appointment in my outlook schedule. Eetcafé me in message that it actually had put in this appointment but it did not! If a user sees data in Copilot they shouldn’t in Salesforce, that’s a governance nightmare. Hey everyone, Just wanted to check for enterprise licensed users if you have access to the 'Prioritize Inbox' feature in Outlook. Unfortunately, it hasn't appeared in our client yet, also it's missing from the admin message center (used to be visible there). We have plenty of users who could take advantage of this feature and yet it is nowhere to be found. I have reached out to our Microsoft contact, who had it enabled, and stated that it's coming... coming when? All best, Kamil

Copilot Agent - assigning permissions to apps like Outlook and OneDrive
I'm trying to create an agent to do the following: - Automate the process of creating an email addressed to XXX - Attach the most recent file from OneDrive without renaming the file. - Prompt the user for a subject line before sending the email. - Only send the email after the subject line is provided by the user. - Launch the agent when the user enters the prompt 'XXX" - Ensure the attachment is not renamed during the process Copilot will create the agent, but does not send the email. Copilot tells me that the agent may not have access to Outlook to send the email. How do I assign permissions to a Copilot agent? All my searching over the last two hours has left me with no solution. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!
Change Default for Copilot Automatic Room Rebooking Setting in Outlook?
My users with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses have noticed a newer feature that automatically rebooks meetings with an alternate room if the selected room is unavailable. It appears that this setting is on by default and can be turned off on a per case basis when a new meeting event is being scheduled. Is there a way to turn it off by default and allow people to enable it when a new calendar item is being created instead? Here is what it looks like for me in Outlook. I can click on Edit from the new meeting window and turn it off for a single event. I haven't found a way to change that default behavior. Has anyone found a way to adjust this? Thank you! While their names sound similar at first glance - Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat - they differ in several aspects. And more importantly, one can't be without another. What is Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat? First since first. Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is also called Copilot Chat. Copilot Chat generates answers based on web content, while Microsoft 365 Copilot is also grounded on users' data, like emails, meetings, files, and more. Since January 15, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is available for everyone. Everyone in organizations. Also customers with a Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscriptions can enjoy using Copilot Chat securily. The screenshot below shows how Copilot Chat looks like and highlights its main capabilities. Note that EDP - Enterprise Data Protection is available. What is Microsoft 365 Copilot? Microsoft 365 Copilot is an add-on available for specific Microsoft 365 Subscriptions: Microsoft 365 E3, E5, A3, A5, and Business Standard & Premium. It includes Copilot Chat in addition to other Copilot features: Microsoft 365 Copilot also includes a chat grounded on users' meetings, emails, chats, and documents. It integrates into Microsoft 365 apps, like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and more. It brings the capability to create agents and additional Copilot management features such as SharePoint Advanced Management and Copilot Dashboard. Copilot Chat can be pinned in MS Teams and MS Outlook as App. How can I access Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat? Copilot Chat is nowadays accessible via m365copilot.com using your Entra account. In contrast to Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed users, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat users cannot see, by default, Copilot Chat pinned on the Microsoft 365 homepage. Microsoft 365 Copilot Administrators will have to pin the chat in the admin center so it is easy for Copilot Chat users to access it. What's the difference? There are some aspects, such as licensing requirements, subscription fees, data sources, or access to organization content, that determine the differences between Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft Outlook is introducing Immersive Search with a Copilot side pane that provides AI-generated summaries from emails, Teams messages, and documents after a search. Summary: "Available to Copilot-licensed tenants." Introduction: "Available only to tenants with Copilot licenses." Key details: On by default, no admin setup or controls; appears after search. Question: Does this require individual Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses per user, or is it accessible to all users tenant-wide once the org has Copilot licenses? But in meetings, the challenge is even bigger: participants open different files, the view fragments, and the team quickly loses alignment. I’ve tested this myself by lining up apps in the current sidebar. But that model is essentially personal: files still open in separate windows, there is no unity, and meetings feel disrupted. That’s why Part 3 introduces a dedicated dynamic sidebar for meetings. With Copilot Pages as the hub, this sidebar integrates all participants’ files into one vertical scroll: Shared visibility – instantly see what others are viewing. No interruptions – because all participants’ files are shared, there’s no need to stop and search. Continuous flow – no screen switching; one unified view where discussion never derails. The breakthrough is clear: you never have to close the meeting screen. All participants’ files remain visible, and even files opened later are added automatically without disrupting the presenter. Benefits Meetings run without disruption; context is never lost. Alignment is automatic: the entire team stays in sync.
