The clunky UI makes it difficult to select recipients for a legal hold communication when working with large custodian lists; while you can search on name or email, you can't sort by name or email. Also, I've noticed that some communications fail to send if more than 100 custodians are selected for a single communication. So I have to break it up into separate communications, making it hard to track which ones have been selected and which haven't. This brings me to Graph, which could potentially enable imports of data from a list or csv, but I don't see a method for accessing and writing to the Legal Hold Communication feature in Purview in the documentation. Does such a method exist? If not, is it on the roadmap?445Views0likes0CommentsAdd mini forums for each game in Xbox app so people can communicate with each other about the game
Just like Steam has community for each game, Xbox needs to have the same thing. simple forums for each game so that gamers can discuss about the game, communicate, find each other, talk about missions, solve problems etc. this is really useful and I can clearly see the need for this in Xbox app. also the moderation of these mini forums can be assigned to Game developer and/or Xbox global moderator. Is there a bulletin board or a communication apps/plugin that can help team members to post and reply anonymously? I want to collect my company members' hopes, suggestions, complaints and any type of their thoughts about work life in the company. Not openly, but anonymously and communication should be made between writer and administrator. And the administrator can't get any information of the writer. For someone who has many opinions but are unwilling to tell complaints to their seniority openly. I considered using Yammer for it, but it wasn't able to limit the communication for writer and the administrator anonymously. If there are options besides Teams additional apps, please share for meSolved9.3KViews0likes3CommentsAutomatically publishing News Articles based on Microsoft Flow Approvals
Hi all, For our intranet we're trying to actively allow editors in our organization to post content such as news and blog articles. We're using the Modern Communication Site as a template. The basic idea we had is as follows: Editors to write a page and save that page as a draft. When the draft is saved, catch the creation of a new item in Flow and trigger an Approval. The Editor-in-Chief checks the article, makes changes if needed and approves it. Up on approval, we update the PromotedState of the draft to 2 (which is the Published state) to get it to show up as a news article. Editor is notified that the article is published. The only hiccup we're experiencing right now is that the updating of the PromotedState via this method does not have the same effect as actually pressing the 'Publish' button on the Draft page, the page is still in Draft. Does anyone know of a way to trigger the actual publishing based on this scenario, or is this not yet possible and will we need to do this manually? Thanks in advance!Solved13KViews3likes7CommentsSome users still see the old contact number from sfb contact card
Hi Guys, I recently updated User's A phone number and I noticed that some of the user's from my organization still see the old contact number when checking User A contact card in Skype for business. I've already checked the user's contact information from the admin portal, azure ad, exchange and the number is updated. We're just syncing our users from Active Directory but no on-premise exchange/skype. I just want to check if someone here knows where is this contact number from sfb contact card is based from specifically. Thanks for your help! ?950Views0likes1CommentSome users still see the old contact number from sfb contact card
