Is there any app or plugin I can post and reply anonymously in Teams?
Is there a bulletin board or a communication apps/plugin that can help team members to post and reply anonymously?
I want to collect my company members' hopes, suggestions, complaints and any type of their thoughts about work life in the company.
Not openly, but anonymously and communication should be made between writer and administrator. And the administrator can't get any information of the writer.
For someone who has many opinions but are unwilling to tell complaints to their seniority openly.
I considered using Yammer for it, but it wasn't able to limit the communication for writer and the administrator anonymously.
If there are options besides Teams additional apps, please share for me
No, what I know that is not possible in native Teams. I suggest that you use Microsoft Forms instead. You can select that answers will be anonymous when you create the form.

Yeah I considered it too and tried it.
but when the text is long enough, it doesn't look good in Forms answer.
You could take the answer from Microsoft Forms into Microsoft Power Automate flow and do what you want with that, publish to a sharepoint site, send it as a Teams message or e-mail, etc.
