Microsoft Teams display for Surface Pro or iPad (Meeting information outside the meeting room)
Dear community, is there anything similar to meetio (https://www.meetio.com/) in the Microsoft Teams ecosystem? What I am trying to achieve is to put a display outside our meeting rooms (e.g. next to the door), and display an overview of upcoming appointments. It would also be great if one could book the corresponding room from this display. I think it would suffice if I could make Microsoft Teams display (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/introducing-microsoft-teams-displays/ba-p/1505437) on a table and mount it outside the meeting room. Nearly seven years into the product’s existence, Teams offline meetings can now be scheduled through the Teams calendar, but only for Teams private meetings. Making it possible to set aside time for private commitments and in-person meetings is sensible and a good change. Sync office calendars for daily schedule
Hi Guys, I work in an office of 9 and we all schedule appointments for each other but with recent updates to company software its become extremely difficult. I was hoping someone would have a suggestion on how to have the calendars sync so we can see who is available to take same day appointments. I was looking for the electronic equivalent of a daily planner that we do not have to manually move appoints into. Thanks!!
