Unable to search for Booking Appointments by Customer
We've been integrating the Microsoft Bookings platform into some of our processes however we've run into a few issues along the way that seem to be simple features for a booking platform that should already be implemented.
We can't search appointments by a customers name, the workaround that we've been using would be to download the excel TSV report to find a customers appointment that way. Is the just a functionality gap in the platform?
Thanks!
- ProfSteveCopper ContributorI would also like to know if/how this can be done.
I've been using the same workaround but it is...not great.

I have found a way to do it.
So you need to go into the Calendar section, then choose the Export Option (you have to choose a window of 60days) and then download the file. It saves as a .tsv file, so you will then need to open Excel, and open it directly (you will need to change from "All Excel Files" to "All Files". This will then load the import error options, and you need to choose the "deliminated" options to "Tab" and then the report will open.
You can run a normal search in the Excel.

###hope that makes sense. - DavidHoweCopper Contributor
oliver_sousa No idea how this isn't a feature. If it was there and showed you all the bookings against the customer it would be a great system
Without this simple feature it's not really useable as a day-to-day booking system.
Imagine a customer calling up to check when their appointment is and you have no way of quickly checking and need to mess about with excel to find a simple answer.
