Sync office calendars for daily schedule

Hi Guys,

I work in an office of 9 and we all schedule appointments for each other but with recent updates to company software its become extremely difficult. I was hoping someone would have a suggestion on how to have the calendars sync so we can see who is available to take same day appointments. I was looking for the electronic equivalent of a daily planner that we do not have to manually move appoints into.
