I have two accounts on my Teams. I can't switch to one of them and I don't know why. Maybe that account was deleted and something went wrong... I want to request Microsoft Teams support to simply remove that account. I tried to test the long awaited multiple accounts feature. I installed exactly the same accounts as are on my phone (Galaxy S22, Android). There I see a notification, when someone chats me on the "not active" account. On the new desktop app nothing happens. I am working in account A, have someone chat me on account B, and I don't get any notification, popup, badge, anything. I get it on the phone though. This is making the feature unusable actually. I am a heavy user of the account feature, as it is perfect when you are working from a lot of different Office 365 admin logins. In Edge Chromium for Windows 10 and MacOS there don’t seem to be a limit on the number of accounts, but on my iPhone and iPad I can create only one Microsoft account (primary) and one Work account. Dynamic Lock in Windows 11 is unstable. Even when phone is connected to PC via Bluetooth, Dynamic Lock says it can't detect your phone. This screenshot shows: my phone is connected but dynamic lock shows not detected. Sometimes it works if I press the Scan for Phone option manually. Hi All, We are both an LSP and CSP Direct Partner. Our owning body is also a CSP Direct partner. We would like our owing business to be able to get credit for our sales to support solution partner designations but we would like to retain our own unique partner centre identity, billing, incentives etc. Looking through the PGA/PLA process, I think we need to trigger a Merge from the PGA account but also read that on the next action pack renewal date we then be treated as one company and everything will merger billing, incentives etc. I am also unclear what would happen our LSP status are merger, there is no mention of it's retention in the paper work. Is there any other way to achieve what we need without using the "Merging of accounts". Thank you.steps to remove S mode and change microsoft account

Good Morning, I have a problem with my Teams. We had Teams before on a personal tenant, but now we've migrated to a new tenant. The problem is, i still see the old Teams tenant in the Organization selector. When i go to my Microsoft account and to Organizations i only see the current organization and not the old ones because i deleted my connection to the old tenant. There are a lot of discussion on deleting account but none of them related to my problem. I have 2 personnel account under same email, and I want to delete free one (one appears to me as free and other connected to my office subscription). I couldn't find any option to delete that one. One of my users (Govt. account) is presented with herself twice with the exact same email (as a login choice) when opening Teams. It does not matter which of those users she chooses to enter Teams with, the result is the same. There appears to be some duplication there. I've checked AD - there is only one account. I've checked User accounts on her device - there is only one account I've deleted and reinstalled Teams - but on starting Teams there are still two accounts listed with the same email address. User has not created a personal account with her work email address. I am out of ideas about how to identify and or remove this second duplicated account. I don't know where to find it. Any ideas?
