Dear community, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I don't know where to go. Microsoft support has not been of any help. The current situation is as follows: when I log in with my work account on Teams (or the Office platform) I need to verify my identity by either picking up a call or filling in a verification code I receive via SMS. Previously I accidentally hit '1' when I received this verification call, which (I think) blocked my account. Now when I try to log in I either get the error message: "We did not receive the expected response" when I select phone call, or I don't receive anything when I select SMS. I asked the administrator to reset my account, which he did, but this only changed my password. I still cannot verify my Teams account. Hi everyone. For several days now I keep getting an error when I attempt to fix a problem with my Windows Insider account. The screen shows below information (same as attached screenshot): Your Windows Insider account requires attention to get Insider Preview builds. As soon as I hit "Fix the problem" I get a message for a split of second saying "Loading. This won't take long." and it changes to "Something went wrong. We aren't able to talk to our service right now. Please try again later." I am registered for the Insider Program and have tried several solutions that I've found on the Internet (registry keys change/add keys, start Windows Services, created new Windows profile with admin rights) - no luck. Hello everyone Since MS is rolling out its new Teams UI and features like adding a personal account next to your business account, I would like to give it a try but sadly failed with following error message. The message is in german but it says something like: "Due to an organization policy, you cannot use 'xy@hotmail.com' with teams on this device." So yeah, which policy is here meant? I'm a Global Administrator in our M365 environment and it drives me crazy that I can't find this policy. Also, I can't find any similar problems or documentations about this. Can anyone help? When trying to log in with an email, immediately getting the following error. Have confirmed that email is correct, password is correct. Account is a personal account, not affiliated with an Enterprise. Currently account does not require two-factor auth; but I did try signing in with it on. i wish i could launch one of my edge profile (no matter from which edge) directly in the menu bar. so you create a profile launcher.app and then i can search a profile installed on my 4 browser, without need to launch a browser. at the moment we can do similar things once the browser is launched using the dock icon or using the sync icon or using the menu bar option inside edge. but there is still the limit that we can do it for one browser. we cannot search profiles installed on all 4 browser. plus every time you launch the browser, you open the last used profile. so we first need to close and then switch (which requires time). profile switching is slower in edge compared to google. now with this new app you would simply launch a profile inside an edge app, without launching the previous profile.4.3KViews2likes10CommentsI cannot sign in to the Teams app on desktop, nor on web.
I cannot sign in, after clicking on the button it displays a message "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again." and when I try again this repeats indefinitely. I have tried this both on Firefox and Edge and it doesn't resolve. Meanwhile, the app can't load at all, after some time it displays a message "We're sorry - we've run into an issue. Try again. If that doesn't work, try signing out and back in." which I have tried with the same result. However, Teams on mobile works just fine without any complications.
