Does Ops activity license cover all needed operations for a warehouse employee including the usage of the warehouse application or is the full user license type needed? In more detail, can a warehouse employee receive, store, move, assemble, count (inventory check), pick and ship items with this license type? Looking for confirmation specially around assembly.85Views0likes1CommentURGENT: NCE subscription Cancellation hour limitation within a day!
Dear Community, happy holiday to everybody! We need to make a decision on a subscription cancellation, and our Finance DPT has the impression that as part of a past cancellation within the 7 days window, we have not received a full refund. Let's say that on 09:00 am we created a new NCE subscription. However, around noon, we received the info that we have to cancel it. The question: except from the 7 days/168 hours cancellation window, is there any other hour limitation withing the same day of cancelling a subscription in order to get a whole amount payback? It will be really important for the whole community to understand this point clearly. Thank you in advance for your significant support! Warm regards, NickSolved121Views0likes5CommentsURGENT: Office LTSC Standard 2024: priced per user or per device?
Dear community, As we need to plan our offer for a big deal through the CSP channel, could you please help us how is the Office LTSC Standard 2024 being billed? Is it per user or per device/PC? Furthermore, if it is per device/PC, and for example we have 5x PCs, then we should buy 5x different licenses or can we install Office LTSC in more than one PC with just 1x license (something like Multiple Activation Key)? Please help us on this the soonest in order to conclude with the offer submission. Warm regards, NickSolved368Views0likes3CommentsPrice increase D365 Sandboxes - did I miss something?
Dear all last week, we received this mail regarding a tier 5 Sandbox and its pricing: I know about the upcoming price update as from October 1 but a) it is not October yet and b) this SKU was not announced to be increased at all. Is this a mistake in Microsoft's billing system? (almost impossible - ok, sarcasm off now) Thanks for your inputs cheers Daniel380Views2likes6CommentsUrgent: Azure Information Protection Premium P2 unavailable
Dear community, I hope you are doing great! We are an Indirect Provider in CSP, and recently one of the legacy subscriptions has been auto-migrated to NCE. The legacy subscription was for "Azure Information Protection Premium P2" licenses, which is now the same licenses but in New Commerce Experience. However, we are not able to find the Azure Information Protection Premium P2 NCE product to any of the available June pricelists or to any previous one. The only product we can find in NCE pricelists is for the "Charity" segment and not the "Commercial" one. Could you please help us on this as we have to make a decision in order not to miss the cancellation window on Thursday? If you have any available info on SKU ID, the Pricelist we may find the product or if it has been renamed, kindly share it with us! Thank you so much in advance! For customers grandfathered to the legacy Marketing product when subscribed prior to Sept 1 2023, shouldn't there remain an option to adjust capacity in these environments? Our direct reseller has blocked purchase of all the additional contact SKUs in the license portal so that they cannot be considered for add-on. Specifically we require the Dynamics 365 Marketing Addnl Contacts Tier 2 SKU. We have a client who subscribed in May, has gone live within the past few months and is now able to calculate their monthly requirements but cannot make the adjustment and it will affect their production business process in December. The reseller is relying on their own interpretation of the situation and either refuses or does not have access to a Microsoft Product Manager or other resource to definitively address this issue.1.5KViews0likes3CommentsLegacy CSP E3 transition to NCE (after migration)
Dear Community, We are an European Indirect Provider in CSP and we would like to answer one of our reseller's queries. More specifically, the reseller is currently on the Legacy CSP, having an active E3 subscription. Having the Teams new structure changes in mind, the resellers asks if by migrating manually to NCE prior the Microsoft-led migration, he would be able to utilize the existing E3 subscription "with Teams", or he should proceed by purchasing a new E3 subscription "without teams" plus the standalone SKU for Teams? Could you please help us understand how this transition from Legacy CSP to NCE works in terms of having an active subscription in Legacy? Probably something will have to do with the migration path, right? Much appreciated in advance, Nick1.2KViews0likes5CommentsMigration of subscriptions to new CSP Direct contract
Our group currently has a CSP Direct contract for the entire group and the DACH subsidiary is currently considering signing an own CSP Direct contract for the DACH region. Is it possible to transfer the existing customer subscriptions to the new CSP Direct contract without any costs and notifications to the customer? Is there a procedure from Microsoft for this case? Is it guaranteed that the past sales under the group contract that are already assigned to the DACH MPN ID will remain assigned to the DACH MPN ID even if a new CSP contract is signed?Solved617Views0likes3CommentsDirect Bill Partner to Indirect Reseller
Dear team, When a Direct Bill Partner transitions to Indirect Reseller, will there be a period where both are active? Will it go in some kind of hybrid mode and if so, for how long? So, the partner wants to become Indirect Reseller, but for how long will the Direct Bill Partner status be enabled once he has transitioned to Indirect Reseller? Any best practices? Thanks.
