New Outlook Working Offline Phase 1: Rolled Out with Limitations
1/12/2025 Update: Microsoft has released several offline functionalities for Phase 1. Watch the video for details. This feature will allow you to VIEW your mail, calendar events, and contacts even when you're not connected to the internet since they will be stored on your device. You can still perform important actions on your mail, such as flagging, moving, deleting, and composing new messages, to ensure your productivity remains uninterrupted even when you're offline at the airport or home office. Outlook/Hotmail emails used for hacking
Hello, my facebook account was hacked and email was changed using a hotmail account. I have tried numerous ways to retrieve my account but I can't and tried contacting Microsoft customer support to help me sort this problem. My account has all of my business accounts and I need a support tech to give me the access to that email account so I can retrieve my account. help me pleaseHow to manage customer contacts
Hi everyone I'm searching for a best practice method for managing customer contacts within M365 natively. We have a small company with around ten peoples. So, the question is now, how can we manage the customer contacts for this company? They solved it now with a separate M365 User that contains all customer contacts. And everyone has this separate User mapped into outlook, so they can access the contacts book from this user. But this is not very practicable. The main problem with this solution is, that they don't have these contacts in their own personal contacts book, which results into that there are no contacts in Teams. When a customer calls, they see only the phone number and not who's calling. The same problem applies to the Teams Mobile App. I've googled so much and nearly every solution I can find is either a third-party customer contacts manager or a big boy CRM like the Dynamics 365 one, but you can't do this pricing for a small business. Is there really no simple solution from Microsoft for this? Or how do you manage your customer contacts? Thanks, regards.
Outgoing emails falsely marked as SPAM / Phishing emails by Outlook servers
Since 10/26/21 our organization has been experiencing widespread email deliverability issues with Microsoft / Outlook clients. These are legitimate / wanted emails sent to opted-in users - existing clients who are expecting our emails. These emails are falsely being quarantined / sent to spam, or even rejected in some cases, specifically by Microsoft 365 / Outlook receiving servers. We've been thoroughly testing for the past 6 weeks and it appears to be specific to our domain and not related to our email sending platforms or IPs. This issue has been persisting across our entire organization. Our DKIM / SPF records are all implemented correctly. We're using Dmarcian, HetrixTools to monitor / confirm these DNS settings. We have also retained two email deliverability consultants, who have checked our domain settings. They've also confirmed that they believe this is an internal false flag on Microsoft's side. For the past 6 weeks, we have been in touch with Outlook Deliverability Team and countless support staff. The issue has been escalated and we have provided them with email samples of quarantined / rejected email headers, but still the issue remains prevalent and unresolved. This issue is severely impacting our business, as our clients are unable to receive emails / work product for which they have already paid. We are desperate and seeking assistance / guidance from someone on the Microsoft Outlook Team, who can kindly escalate this issue, and advise us on next steps to delist our domain from their internal blacklists. Again, this issue is impacting existing client relationships. Clients who are not receiving wanted emails in order to conduct business.

I am trying to recover my father's outlook account as he tried logging in but had forgotten his password. We now have the correct password but due to suspicious activity he needs to verify the account. The email that was on the account is not in use anymore. However, the verification texts are not sending. 1. Yes his phone number is correct (with the correct last 2 digits visible) 2. We have tried to verify with the form but they are saying it is not enough details (not sure what else we could use as thats all the correct information we have) 3. We have swapped out his sim to another phone and still don't receive texts so it's not a phone issue (iOS to android) 4. We have checked all settings previously suggested 5. We have contacted his provider and there are no settings blocking. They are saying that it is outlook that is having issues with their texts as everything else is correct. I have tried looking but can't find it - is there anything else that we can do to verify this account or to contact outlook phone number to have help sending the text messages? If we receive the text, we can easily verify but this is the only issue that is causing the problems.
