To recover a deleted email in Outlook for the web:

    1. Open your web browser and navigate to Outlook for web (https://outlook.office.com).
    2. Sign in to your account using your credentials.
    3. In the Outlook for web interface, locate and click on the "Deleted Items" folder in the left navigation pane.
    4. At the top of the page, you should see a toolbar. Click on the "Recover items deleted from this folder" option. It usually appears as a small trash can with an upward arrow.
    5. A window titled "Recover Deleted Items" will open, displaying a list of deleted items, including emails.
    6. Find the email you want to recover and hover your mouse cursor over it. A checkbox should appear on the left side of the email.
    7. Click the checkbox to select the email for recovery.
    8. Once the email is selected, click on the "Restore" button located at the top of the window.
    9. The email will be restored and moved back to the folder it was located in before it was deleted.

Please note that the steps provided are based on the general process in Outlook for the web. The interface and exact steps may vary slightly depending on the version and configuration of your Outlook for the web instance.

The steps were processed with the help of AI.

I apologize for the confusion. In Outlook for the web, once an email has been permanently deleted from the Junk folder or any other folder, it cannot be directly restored through a common or built-in method within the application.

The "Recover Deleted Items" folder is only available for recovering items that were deleted from the "Deleted Items" folder itself.

I do not see any option to restore the permanently mails.

Only if your account is part of your organization and your organization has regular backups of email data, you can reach out to your IT department or email administrator to inquire about the possibility of restoring the deleted email from a backup.

There is the possibility of third-party email recovery services that specialize in recovering deleted emails. These services may attempt to retrieve email from server backups or otherwise. However, they usually come at a cost and success is not guaranteed.

I wish you much further success!
