Outlook 2021 & 2024 Home and Business app crash
Hi and good day everyone, I'm having an issue with Outlook, the app suddenly closes and crashes when I try to open some emails. This issue doesn't happen on Outlook 2016, which opens emails normally. The error shown in the Event Viewer is as below. I tried uninstalling the previous update and now have updated to the latest version, but the issue persists. Are there any patches available to solve this problem?Account Locked (Try another verification method)
My main account is locked. I have access to authenticator and my verification email, where I am getting the codes for verification. When I try to unlock the account it asks for verifiaction code sent to authenticator and then at email. When given both codes it goes to reset password and after reseting password it wants me to login and when I do that it says my account is locked and asks me to verify myself through phone number. After i give it the phone number it displays. "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." I can't connect to an agent for help cuz it wants me to login from that email which I can't access.
Receive a recurrent email and only keep the latest one
Morning. I have a report that i receive via email every hour (in case there are updates that need to be uploaded to one of our systems) the emails are directed to a specific folder via a rule. But instead of having an accumulation of 24 emails a day, I would like to only keep the latest one and delete the others (and not having to do that manually ) Is there a rule or policy i can use for this? thanks
Outlook won't let me sign in to my account neither update the 2-step verification information.
Hello guys, I have been trying to sign in to my Outlook account using my password and even though the password is correct Outlook IS NOT GIVING ME ACCESS to my account. Is asking for a code which is being sent to my recovery email account which is also an Outlook account but apparently it has been blocked due to trying to get access to it with the wrong password. (Which was not me, I am guessing Microsoft had a leak of information and someone tried to) Password is correct and I have confirmed it but Microsoft is still trying to double check that is me even though I have never had 2 step verification active. Is there any way in which i can update the recovery email so that code gets sent to a new email that I had to create (The one in which I am currently logged in and starting this conversation) so I can gain access to my +15 email account? I just need to know if I will be able to recover the account at some point or should I give up and move on? I need a resolution and NONE of the websites in Microsoft is being of any help. Bottom line: Need to update the recovery information of my Outlook account since I no longer have access to the recovery email, phone number or app from another phone. IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE? Hello everyone, Since last night I’ve been unable to access my "@live.it" email account at all, either from my PC or my phone. Other my Outlook email accounts are accessible without issues. I’ve already tried clearing browser history and cache, but it didn’t change anything. I’ve successfully changed my password twice, but I still can’t access my email. I’m attaching a screenshot of the error I encountered. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, how did you resolve it?
UNABLE TO LOG IN, SOMETHING WENT WRONG
This is getting annoying, been trying to log into my M365 account for a week, but all I'm getting is "Something went wrong - Try again later" I've been trying to sign in via my Mac, I've tried multiple browsers still not working. And I've left multiple reports to no avail, there is no where to contact a helpdesk. this is getting frustrating, I am this close to cancelling my account, and going back to google.

Automatic Activation of Automatic Responses when selecting "Out of Office" as the Appointment Status
Why doesn't outlook automatically activate "automatic responses" when an user sets an appointment on the calender with an "out of office" status. Literally the entire premise for automatic responses is for when an user is out of the office, so how is this not an existing feature? Another option would be to have a checkbox or an option to select "send automatic responses" when creating the appointment, or upon selecting "out of office" as the "show as" status.
