Outlook 2021 & 2024 Home and Business app crash

Hi and good day everyone,

I'm having an issue with Outlook, the app suddenly closes and crashes when I try to open some emails. This issue doesn't happen on Outlook 2016, which opens emails normally. The error shown in the Event Viewer is as below. I tried uninstalling the previous update and now have updated to the latest version, but the issue persists. Are there any patches available to solve this problem?
