Hi everyone, I'm a bit confused with the Public CDN option. For my understanding if you setup a public cdn all the files that are allowed (IncludeFileExtensions CSS,EOT,GIF,ICO,JPEG,JPG,JS,MAP,PNG,SVG,TTF,WOFF) are accessible anonymous. This is also what is documented under https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/use-office-365-cdn-with-spo I have setup the public cdn for a custom library and uploaded a jpg file. I can see from developer tools the file is loaded via https://publiccdn.sharepointonline.com/<mytenant>/sites/SiteCollection/cdntest/myfile.jpg?width=1600 if I browse the url while I'm authenticated it opens the file. If I browse the file while I'm not authenticated it shows an access denied. My question is, are these files really accessible via Internet if I have the url? or what is definition of anonymous? kind regards2KViews1like2CommentsHybrid Teams Meeting Location Not Updating/ Displaying both locations
Sometimes when I schedule hybrid meetings in Outlook (Attendees can join through MsTeams or onsite in a meeting room) using the room finder tool, even when I get confirmation that the resource/meeting room is accepted as reserved, I run into these issues: 1. The onsite meeting room added shows as invited under "required", but is not listed under "location" and I have no drop down options to add it. 2. The location field updates to including both MsTeams and the booked meeting room and both can be seen when you open the invitation: but in calendar/week view only the MsTeams option shows as location: Instead of like this: It happens randomly and only on occasion, but it prevents invitees from knowing there is a room booked they can join if onsite so I'm hoping to find a solution to make sure both locations show from now on.1.4KViews0likes2CommentsFlow to extract attachments from Inbox
Hi We have a Outlook Inbox that has a subfolder in this that contains lots of emails with attachments on them. We want to be able to extract the attachment from these emails and save them into a folder. We believe we can do this for new emails coming into the inbox using flow but anyone know if its possible to run flow or something else to extract the attachments that are already sitting in the email folder? Hi, I have faced one issue related to password change. Please give me some advice and some time to read my explain. I will explain my environment. Thanks We have a Hybrid AD Environment. DC is on-premises. DR is on the private cloud. On-premises users are synced to Azure. Among those users, there are users who use Mac books. In the AD environment, there is also a Radius Server used for Office Wifi authentication. One day, Macbook User's password expired. This user tries to update the password using the wifi prompt but the password changing attempt is not successful when updating the password using the wifi prompt. We have a number of bookings A, B and C which we would like to be made available to the public. If I navigate to Services -> Service, it shows a direct URL to the "Service booking page", e.g.: (1) https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[myCalendar]/bookings/s/[UniqueString ] However, I would like to hide booking C from the main booking page: (2) https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[myCalendar]/bookings so that it is only accessible via the direct link. I.e. I would like to have some of these bookings be publicly available (1), but would not like them to be easily enumerated on a single page (2). Is there a way to do this? Currently I only have the option of setting a page as "Not Published", but this hides the booking from both (1) and (2). Is there a way to make the booking only appear in (1)? I noticed that for a newly created modern teamsite (via New-PnPSite) I'm unable to change permission levels for the out of the box security groups. For example, I go to /user.aspx and put a check mark in front of a security group. Usually, the "Edit User Permissions" and "Remove User Permissions" menus become selectable. However, for modern teamsites they remain greyed out although I'm a site collection admin: The unfortunate thing is is that I can grant additional permission levels through the leftmost "Grant permissions" button but because "Edit User Permissions" is always greyed out, I cannot remove them. Any idea why that is? Thanks21KViews0likes10Comments
