I would like to see a drop-down box as an option. I created a choose a student and it lists 109 students. I would like it to be a drop-down option. It would also be user friendly if I could just copy an excel column and paste it and each cell becomes a new option.Solved508KViews12likes43CommentsUltimate Polling and Quiz Experience with Polls app: The Replacement for Forms app in Teams meeting

Is there a way to pre-populate a field on a form in Microsoft Forms using a parameter that is attached to the form's URL? Idea/scenario behind this:We could send out personalized links to people from whom we'd like to gather some information, e.g. https://[my-form-url]?UserID=27 Result: When the receipient opens the link in the browser, the field "UserID" would already be filled with the value 27 without the need to enter the number manually. In SharePoint URL-parameters are quite common for many years, for example for filtering the content that is shown in certain web parts. I was wondering if Microsoft Forms can already handle a similar functionality. Any ideas/thoughts on this?Solved354KViews26likes40CommentsNeed to add "Comment" to a Question.
I am making a questionnaire in Microsoft Forms. There is one question and 5 choices. I would like to add a text box under the same question number for the respondent toprovide additional information. I don't see how to add thetext "Comment: " and a block for text without adding another question number and text that says "Provide additional information in response to Question #1". Thank you.336KViews4likes21CommentsLimit number of responses on a form
It would be really useful to be able to retrict the number of responses to a form. I use microsoft forms as an ordering device for food and need to be able to limit the number of responses (in a similar way as setting the end time) It would also be extremely useful to get a notification when a form is completed and for the form filler to get a notification summary of how they have resonded.251KViews31likes41Comments
