Hello, I know this has already been asked, but there has been no answer to satisfy everyone's need. It is very important that you allow users to create folders within forms to organize their Forms dashboard. The whole point of Office 365 and OneDrive is organization and Forms does not live up to this. Whether in business, or education, it is extremely important to be able to organize our documents, or in this case, Forms, so that we can easily find them. The search feature is good, but I, and most other Forms users, have so many forms that we don't always recall the name of the specific form that we need to either resend, or duplicate to share with another person, or institution. I work with 12 campuses and send survey forms on every training that I give. I am able to copy the same survey form, but I have to keep the results separate. If I could create a campus folder and inside a Survey folder, quiz folder, etc... this would make my life and others easier.33KViews41likes42CommentsForms: Time input question
In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form. I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day. I see a template for DATE but not TIME. In Google Forms "include Time" is an option for Date Questions in the contextual sub-menu. Is there someplace to add this function perhaps that I am missing? Ultimately I would like to add a script to the form that would auto-create an Outlook Calendar event on a shared calendar at the date and time on the form submission.205KViews35likes98CommentsLimit number of responses on a form
It would be really useful to be able to retrict the number of responses to a form. I use microsoft forms as an ordering device for food and need to be able to limit the number of responses (in a similar way as setting the end time) It would also be extremely useful to get a notification when a form is completed and for the form filler to get a notification summary of how they have resonded.254KViews32likes41CommentsPre-populate fields in Microsoft Forms via URL parameter?
Is there a way to pre-populate a field on a form in Microsoft Forms using a parameter that is attached to the form's URL? Idea/scenario behind this: We could send out personalized links to people from whom we'd like to gather some information, e.g. https://[my-form-url]?UserID=27 Result: When the receipient opens the link in the browser, the field "UserID" would already be filled with the value 27 without the need to enter the number manually. In SharePoint URL-parameters are quite common for many years, for example for filtering the content that is shown in certain web parts. I was wondering if Microsoft Forms can already handle a similar functionality. Any ideas/thoughts on this?Solved361KViews26likes40CommentsNeed the ability for external users to upload files into MS Forms
Afternoon all, Our company has some lengthy bid tenders to carry out. MS forms is the perfect way for potential external suppliers to fill in the form and for us to capture the repsonses. However external users cannot use the upload file feature in MS Forms. Why is this? Is there a way to switch it on? If not do we know if its a feature that is likely to be implemented soon?162KViews23likes83CommentsPlease, for the love of god, disable those recommendations
When designing my form I get constant pop-ups of recommended questions to add to my form. First of all, I do not need any recommendations, I know what I want to put on my forms. Secondly, the recommendations are te-ri-ble. They're galaxies removed from what the survey is about. In a survey that is aimed at scrum masters and product owners it suggests I add the question "did you enjoy your stay at our hotel". Mind you, we are a bank, not a hospitality business. If I want AI help, I'll ask ChatGPT. These built-in pop-up recommendations? Remove them ASAP.9.3KViews19likes31CommentsAllow form respondents to save and continue to fill the form later
My comment refers to this voting: https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/18447406-allow-form-respondents-to-save-and-continue-to-fil In our company we use sharepoint and MS 365 Business every day. MS Forms is very intuitive and esasy to handle, thats great! I made a long survey on sustainability topics to our members. Then I got feedback that in many cases more than one person in the adressed member companies have to work together according to their expertise... so they need the option to save the survey, send it to another colleague who can conitnue answering the question... Right now I have to look to alternative tools to fullfill this very important option. But I would prefer to continue my survey (where I already put more than one week of effort) in MS Forms. Is there already any timeline, when Mircrosoft will implement this function? Best regards from Germany Matthias103KViews17likes53CommentsAbility to print Form responses.
The analytics that are available for Form responses are great! However, you cannot print the results. I realize you can export to Excel, but it would be very convenient to print out the existing analytics for the form responses. Now, you have to take a screenshots. The request/suggestion of a print optoin was made back in June. Has there been any progress? StephanieSolved35KViews17likes13Comments
