Hello dear Microsoft Community I've got following problem: With one of our clients there is an issue with Outlook/Mailing The mailbox is IMAP If he sends Mails to someone they'll recieve the sent message, for like 20 times. the only suspicous thing is, that we can see 3 duplicates of that mail in the 'sent' folder. but regardless it was recieved alot more than 3 times, either way. Do you have an idea ? I already updatet Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office 365 made a new profile checked for Add-Ins or antivirus applications I also looked it up on our firewall we also checked the log on the mailserver greetings and im looking forward to recieve some help from YOU217KViews1like5CommentsNow available: Multi-Geo in SharePoint and Office 365 Groups

I have been purchasing Office 365 since day 1. I now discover Outlook.com on my browser and it looks almost the same? It has a lot of the same functions and has Word, Excel etc etc. All the same as Office 365. Except Office 365 costs about $95 year. So for individual needs, why would one not use Outlook.com for free vice pay for Office 365? Am I missing something? Is there a way to retrospectively track (say at the admin level or any other way) WHEN a particular user has opened a particular email in Outlook? In this instance, the sender did not switch on the "read receipt" functionality. I see there are message trace options but it appears they only record if an email was delivered, failed, filtered as spam, etc as opposed to actually when the email was opened. I found a mention of something called "eDiscovery" - in my brief reading I am still unsure if it can do what I am wanting. Any thoughts?65KViews0likes4CommentsHow to create mailing lists (distribution lists) in AD with custom settings and sync with Office365
Hi, We have on-premise AD infrastructure which we have configured to sync with Azure and hence Office365. We want to implement mass mailing list functionality where subscription is automated. Our old email system offers mailing lists and closest I see with Microsoft is distribution lists. I'd like to understand how I can create distribution lists in AD, subscribe members, assign proper permissions and also customize the configuration programmatically? We'd like to sync with Office365. How can we achieve this? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.58KViews0likes4Comments
