6 TopicsUrgent Request for Assistance: Overcoming Verification Challenges in AI Cloud Partner Program
Hello Community, I am reaching out as urgently seeking guidance or insights from those familiar with the challenges of the AI Cloud Partner Program or anyone who can offer assistance. We are currently handling two domains: main domain (A): Our actively managed Sales Intelligence SaaS. email domain (B): Previously active service, now pivoted to main domain and used internally. Over the past month, we have faced significant hurdles in the verification process of the AI Cloud Partner Program, despite rigorously following all outlined steps from Microsoft and various community resources. Here’s what we have undertaken: Contact Information: We transitioned from using generic email addresses like contact@ or marketing@ to personal accounts after learning they could lead to application rejections. Documentation Submission: Initially, we provided receipts as Namecheap does not issue invoices. After realizing that only invoices were acceptable, we ceased submitting receipts. Domain Hosting and Privacy: We meticulously matched the contact profile details—company name, address, contact information—down to case sensitivity on our email domain (B), which we host directly. Furthermore, we disabled privacy features in WHOIS to expose my personal information, prioritizing compliance over privacy. Support Interaction: We are actively engaging with the partner support through three ongoing support tickets, attempting to resolve our issues. Separately, we reached out to Microsoft’s Partner Twitter handle but have not received a response. Parallel Certification Attempt: Our application to the ISV Success program was stopped because our account showed "multiple failed attempts," according to their system. This has blocked us from proceeding with our Account Verification. Despite these efforts, we are still awaiting a final decision from the AI Cloud Partner Program, now well beyond the initial promise of 3-5 business days, extending over ten days. The documentation requirements for the ISV Success are identical to those of the AI Cloud Partner Program, heightening our concern as both are crucial for our business operations, which are currently under severe strain. We are in dire need of a more personalized response to understand possible missteps or further required actions. The generic responses from the partner center have been unhelpful and frustrating. Does anyone have any insights or can offer assistance on how to move forward in this situation? Has anyone else faced similar verification challenges? Thank you in advance for your support and guidance. Why is it so hard to get verified? | Microsoft Partner Center
We've been stuck at the "Employment Verification" stage in Microsoft Partner Center for what feels like forever. Despite countless attempts, multiple support tickets, and submitting every possible document, we're still not verified. We've meticulously rechecked every entry—domains, names, contacts, phone numbers—tried different combinations, and still, nothing. Even setting up our account was a struggle. It took multiple days. Using a desktop was not possible at all, we had to use a mobile phone. We encountered countless bugs, had to delete, unlink, and recreate our Partner Center account multiple times. We've been paying customers for years and have generally had great experiences with other Microsoft Support channels. Often, our support tickets were resolved within minutes! But now, with Microsoft Partner Center, it feels like an entirely different game. Even the Admin Center support team mentioned that the process is "more complicated." We've been waiting for weeks, only to receive generic, unhelpful responses to issues that shouldn't even be problematic—they should be handled automatically. Why this process is so difficult? We have scheduled appointments and no one from Microsoft shows up. Other times we get calls from MS agents just to help us open another ticket. We have already received two emails claiming that our account is verified, only to find out that it is not. At some point it just gets ridiculous. I see that we are not the only ones. We've read all the sad stories from others in the same situation. Does anyone have any more tips left that might help us finally get verified? We are on the verge of simply giving up.3.7KViews9likes26CommentsUnable to pass employment verification, and now the process has been ended!
Hello, I've been trying to get past the "employment verification" step for almost a month now. In the "fix now" menu, I was asked to provide the domain registration receipt, which I've submitted multiple times. I opened a ticket and was advised to change my email address to something non-generic, which I did. However, I haven't received any further updates. I've followed up multiple times, only to receive the same automated response: "We're looking into your issue and will provide an update." Today, I received an email stating that after several unsuccessful attempts to verify my information, the verification process has been terminated. This is very frustrating, as all my information is legit, and there seems to be no reason my profile shouldn't be approved. Please assist, as opening tickets doesn't seem to move the process forward at all. Thank you!SolvedI can not pass Employment verification
Hello, I can not pass Employment verification. I updated the primary domain's whois information with the company's legal data. I set visible to whois information. I renewed the primary domain with the company's legal data and provided the order receipt to the support team. I already updated primary and secondary contact information (email address and phone number) with the personal's email address and phone number. I already provided the Article of Incorporation document. I created 3 different support tickets But, still can't get approve for my domain name last 2-3 weeks. Can somebody help me? How can I pass it?2.6KViews1like18CommentsEmployment verification gets rejected
We are trying to complete our employment verification since december and the "support" agent does nothing but respond with the same canned message over and over again. Thank you for the documents you have provided. As per Standards Review, the documents you have provided are not sufficient to complete the verification process. Domain name registration invoice/domain name invoice listing the entity/user name and domain name shown in the Primary Contact Email Address at the time of registration or renewal. I provided the invoice with all the required criteria but it still gets rejected. I'm tired of the "quality" of the partner "support"-team. This process is wasting countless hours and there is nothing the agent is willing to do to help.
