Stuck at Employment verification rejection

JillArmourMicrosoft

Tried to update Developer account info and always got rejected at "Employment verification" step.

"Fix now" button just reload the page and not allow to upload docs.

Tried in Edge, Chrome, Safari.

    Verified today! 😊

I submitted a ticket regarding my issue, and within a couple of days, I received a response from an engineer on the vetting team.

Here's what I did to get verified:

    1) I provided a domain renewal receipt that showed the company name matching the legal entity listed in the Partner Center.
    2) I made my domain’s WhoIs information public, ensuring it matched 100% with the company details in the Partner Center.

    3) Ensure that the company name on your domain's website matches the legal information listed in the Partner Center.

    4) Use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/tags/272/microsoft-partner-center to find answers and ask your own questions.

After submitting the required domain documents, I received verification in just 3-4 hours.

To anyone else going through this process, stay calm and follow the instructions provided by the engineers. It really works!

    Thank you

I am having the same problem, we already presented the domain invoice, we presented the transaction registration document, the rental payment document, the payment invoice to MPN Microsoft, the registration of account statements in the treasury of the municipal government and we still continue to have rejection of the employee verification. I need help I have followed all the steps indicated by mkoc2335  and I have not found a solution.  ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

What if you have a company with a trading name and the domain is the trading name?  The problem is that they dont provide you any feedback as to what is wrong.  They said my document were "out of date" when they clearly arent and now they just close support tickets wontonly.
