Hi there, I want to know about Microsoft Partner Employment verification. The problem is when I sent him the Domain Invoice, they rejected it again and again. and said (The domain provided in your submission is insufficient for the requirements of our program.) My company name, Domain and Business email address are same as I filled out. If anyone know, what should I do then please let me know. Greetings all, I’ve been trying to sign into CDX Platform over my phone so I can get started with demos and understand better how these programs work. In the morning, I created a tenant for the Microsoft Endpoint Protection with Windows Defender, from a Cloud PC that I was using. Nonetheless, this evening I get thrown with this error when I try signing in: Nonetheless, when I check if I still have my partnership at the Partner Portal, I see it’s still there. I need to TALK (not get a like to all the web pages I have already read) to a Microsoft person that can help with my with MSP. We were told to contact our "PDM" but no one can tell me who that is. We are a Microsoft Partner but never got some one assigned. We have built our customers to over 4 Billion in revenue and pre-IPO all with Azure. Can someone please tell me how to get a contact to work with? I opened a ticket in MPN but it was useless, they gave me the link the web site for my local MS office which has an automated useless phone system and after 10 calls still can't get to a human. Please help..Partner account verification problems - support not responding.
I have contacted support about this and still no response, I uploaded domain name invoice + WHOIS contact infos updated to much my company name and my personal name. saying that The domain provided does not meet the requirements of our program. Hi all, My business was a verified Microsoft partner and we made the decision to change the business name and domains, to reflect this change I updated our legal info in the partner centre and since then the business has failed verification for the reason: "This domain does not meet the requirements of our program." I have opened a case with support which so far hasn't responded in a week, and there is no contact number to speak with someone to move this forward. The real bit that puzzles me is the fact that the business has less of an external profile when we got approved initially so the fact the system is telling us we are failing now Im not sure why. If anyone has any advice or guidance it would be more than appreciated. I'm trying to download the price list of my customer, I'm following this documentation here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/developer/get-a-price-sheet looks like the problem is that my app doesn't have the correct permissions, but I don't know what more permissions I need to add to it. Hi all, I am new to the Partner space and received an email regarding the updated CSP MCA. How do you usually update your customers on these changes?
