Calender
9 Topicscategory in ms365 group calendar
In our organization are shared mailboxes a commom used item. We want to go with the flow and want to migrate to office365 groups. This new groups has the future, so the can be used in more options as de shared mailbox. How ever the group calander is a step back in time. Many departments uses the calender function of the shared mailbox and uses also the colored category function to see which task and/or messages belongds to which employee. When an employee change the status of an item every other employee sees this chages at the changed color and description. In de calender of the MS365 group the catergorization is only functional in the outlook session of an user. So when a user create a calender item this items appears in every members outlook sessie, however the catergorization whice is made to the item is not visual for the other members. On the internet I see notice of this back to 2019. Is there a roadmap which tells when this will be implemented. Without the categorization the group calender is not useful to us.947Views1like1CommentCalender Sharing Outlook 365 wrong permissions
Hi, my users are sharing their calenders by using "Can view titles and locations". When the recipient of the shared calender clicks on an appointment, he/she can see the details including Attachments. We are using Microsoft Exchange on Prem with hybrid MS365, all users are migrated to the cloud and using the latest version of the classic outlook.297Views0likes0Commentswhen i copy outlook calendar events to SharePoint calendar it changes all names adding “copy” at the

Please tell me how to get the URL of the file in the event using graph api. It is the following file. The file was shared via chat during a video conference. When I executed the API referring to the link below, the file could not be obtained. https://docs.microsoft.com/ja-jp/graph/api/event-list-attachments?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http GET /me/events/AAMkADA1ZjgxYzIzLTQyNWUtNDI3Mi04YjJhLWJiMjliZDI4ZDlhZABGAAAAAADqjBSo05aEQa0pg3g68HfIBwCG7IUHTsMnQqpuCmPLOpmMAAAAAAENAACG7IUHTsMnQqpuCmPLOpmMAAA7Kcf_AAA=1KViews0likes0CommentsDaylight savings Outlook Calendar
The time-zone for UTC-5:00 in my Outlook calendar seems to be off about an hour. I think this happened after daylight savings. Does anyone else have this issue or is able to replicate? This might be effecting other users in our domain, so I will be watching this post and can answer any followup questions. My local computer time is correct and recently synced with the DC. Sending a calendar invite and selecting the time based on timezone is accurate (tested with another on Eastern time). I think the only issue is how it's displayed on the calendar. For now I'm using UTC-6:00 Central as that's what UTC-5:00 Eastern actually is. ADsync is working and we managed to succesfull config the classic hybrid. we can migrate mailboxes to the oline exchange, but most of the boxes are on the onprem exchange. we upgrades to Exchange 2016 CU16. In Teams you can see the Calender in left pane, but it fails to show up -> Couldn´t load your calender. Lets give it another try The HWC could be completed succesfully and the firewall daos not block anythin on port 80 or 443. We tried with and without online exchange licences even for the onprem mailboxes. Only the User with Online Mailboxes can see the calender in teams. Same in Web and Desktop App. Can anyone help what to check?7KViews0likes4CommentsI got that i will have Read permission on the sharepoint Calendar list when connecting it to outlook
