Hi everyone. I have a pair of Taotronics Soundliberty 79 earbuds. They've pair fine with my laptop running Win 10 and work for listening to music. I've also tested joining a Google Meets meeting and audio works fine in both directions. However, when I join a MS Teams meeting after a minute or two I can no longer hear audio through my earbuds, but the microphone continues to work and others can hear me. I need to go to device settings in Teams and switch to PC speaker/mic then back to the earbuds to restore audio which only lasts a couple of minutes before dropping out again. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?Solved166KViews10likes68CommentsBluetooth headset microphone bad quality
I try use my bluetooth headset (Sony WH-XB900N) in MS Teams. Sound ist good but other members in the video conference can't hear me very good. My voice is very quiet. The same in the test call option. The microphone level in Win 10 is on 100%. I tried the headphone in Skype and the quality is good there. Hardware is ok then. I have the same issue on two different devices (Laptops).Solved106KViews3likes26CommentsTeams Call Drops When I Connect Bluetooth Headset
This is a new issue. My headset worked fine with Teams as recently as yesterday. Today I can start a Teams call, but when I tell my headset to connect to the call, the call drops. I have tried both connecting the paired headset to Teams after the call started, as well as pairing the headset to the computer after the call started. Each time the call simply drops. There is no error pop-up. For anything else the headset works fine. The wired headset works with Teams, as well. I have (obviously) tried restarting the computer. It is a three year old homebrew using an AORUS mb running Windows 10 (64 bit) build 19045.3570, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19052.1000.0 The version of Teams I'm currently using is 1.6.00.27573 (64 bit), which updated a week ago. The bluetooth drivers on the system haven't changed in ages.820Views0likes1CommentAudio sharing not working when using bluetooth headset on MacBook Pro
Hi everyone, I hope to get the help I need here after reading other threads and trying different solutions without success. I have recently started using Teams for my online teaching, but my students cannot hear my shared audio if I am using my bluetooth headset, which I need for my lessons. I have tried switching both my device audio settings and Teams' audio setting without success. I am quite desperate as I need this to be able to work properly! I have a 2017 MacBook Pro. I know it's not my headset as I have been working with Zoom without a problem, but can't seem to find the solution to crack this one on Teams - please help! Many thanks, Sara.1KViews0likes1CommentBluetooth audio cuts out with a larger number of participants
I have a Microsoft recommended Jabra bluetooth device and a cheaper bluetooth device. I noticed with both, they work absolutely fine during the day for most small calls, however when I join a Teams meeting with a larger number of participants, the audio no longer works, but the mic does. I have to switch to my Laptop audio speakers to be able to continue. This then stays a problem till I restart. Does Teams change how the audio connects depending on P2P/Distributed connections? I can't figure out exactly how many participants causes this, but its somewhere over 6-10 people.1.3KViews1like3CommentsTeams App not Connecting to Honda Fit Bluetooth
When I try to connect via the Teams app on my Samsung A10e to my 2020 Honda Fit LX it appears to connect to bluetooth and then goes back to Device. Something does pop up on the Fit display but it disappears quickly. It looks like it is asking to give Hands Free permission. All of my other apps using bluetooth seem to work fine.969Views0likes1CommentNot able to set-up live call with bluetooth headset
Hi guys, I know there are a lot of topics about Bluetooth headset support for MS Teams, but my problem seems to be slightly different. I'm using Teams for 6 months now and most of that time I used it with a Jabra Bluetooth headset. I didn't had any problems with it. Except for the fact I wasn't able to set-up a direct Teams call with a colleague. Everytime I tried to do so, I got the "Sorry, we could not connect you" error. In that moment, my colleague was already hearing me. But I did not hear him. The call then automatically disconnects. When my colleague calls be back, the connection works instantly. This problem does not occur when I'm checking in on a planned Teams meeting. Then my connection works fine, right from the start. I hoped it had something to do with my Jabra headset, but I'm using a Sony WH1000xm4 for a few weeks now. And unfortunately, with exactly the same problem. I've tried to change all kinds of settings, and off course, configuring the headset as default device (speaker and microphone) in the devices config panel of Teams. Also tried the "Make a test call" numerous times (devices config panel), also works right from the start. And I went to other places with my laptop, to see if it could have something to do with my internet connection. But the problem remains. When I'm not using a Bluetooth headset, a direct call works instantly the first time. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!Solved2KViews0likes2Comments
