How to change primary user
I'm helping someone whose husband died. They have a "Microsoft 365 Family" plan. He was the primary person and she was a secondary user. I suspect for consistency of her information she should not make a new account in her name and abandon this previous account. Rather if possible she should keep the current account but make herself the primary account holder and make his email a secondary. She would keep his address active just for a while until everything to do with him is wound down. But how does she change the account so she becomes the primary? Thanks.

Hi, Previously when logging into my personal account on a Web Browser, it flashed up with what is the typically an organisational message about an IT administrator. After being ping-ponged back and forth from the Microsoft Support teams, it's been suggested there is an organisational link with my personal email account, which absolutely should NOT be the case. My concern is if someone has linked my email with an organisational account, then they are privy to a lot sensitive information from personal finances to healthcare (this has also correlated with some odd behaviour on certain devices). The agents that I have spoke to have not yet provided me with a viable solution to removing any links to an organisational account, nor getting a list of any organisations or entities that have been linked to my personal account. Does anyone have any ideas as to a way around this? Many thanks.Impossible to sign in with different user account
I use this browser with two MS accounts. The techcommunity does not let me choose the user account to sign in with! I'm forced to open a private window to sign in and write this feedback. So when clicking Sign In, it thinks I want to sign in with my M365 company account, and asks me to accept certain permissions. However, I want to sign in with my personal MS account. So I click cancel and get redirected to the home page. So, in order to visit the site with my personal MS account, must either use a private windows, or clear every single cookie for every single Microsoft domain, which is also NOT what I want to do. URGENT HELP- cant access admin centre for my business
Hi. Needing urgent assistance/advice on how to access my control panel when the Multi- Factor Authenticator app wont be produce the security code when I've signed in using username and password. I'm desperate, I've called Microsoft 3 times with no return call to assist. I cannot send any quotes/invoice from my 3 businesses for 2 days now
