Why my windows 11 keeps freezing?

Why does my Windows 11 computer keep freezing? I'm experiencing frequent system freezes where everything becomes unresponsive. What could be causing this issue, and how can I troubleshoot it to prevent it from happening again?

None of these solutions work.  I've been experiencing this desktop freezing problem on and off now for months and it's become obvious that it's clearly a problem with the Windows 11 operating system. There are many people complaining about this ongoing issue.  When is Microsoft going to finally address it and do something to fix this??

THIS. I did disk cleanup THREE TIMES in the past two days and I still get notifications about low space, I deleted so many files too, and my tabs constantly freeze when I have TWO OPEN. Resetting doesn't fix the issue.

It is probably due to the heat. The fan of the PC seems to be running, but it’s not functioning properly. It might need cleaning. I had the same problem and bought an external fan table, and now my PC is working well and no longer freezing."

The first solution is to run the Windows built-in tools that will scan your system files and disk.:

    sfc /scannow

Exactly, I cleaned my disk so many times and my TWO OPEN TABS still freeze.

if you are on win10 stay on win 10 which is actually quite stable, win 11 is a pile of sh1t, it removes your right to use manufactured drivers and replaces it with poorly written Microsoft variants most of which do not work properly

Use Task Manager to monitor CPU, memory, disk, and network usage. High resource usage or spikes in activity may indicate a problematic application or process causing the freezes.
And disable unnecessary startup programs that may be running in the background and consuming system resources. You can manage startup programs using Task Manager or the Startup tab in the Task Manager's "More details" view.
