Why my windows 11 keeps freezing?
Restart Your Computer: This is the oldest trick in the book for a reason. It clears the system's memory (RAM) and stops any processes that might be misbehaving. Don't just shut down; click Restart, as Windows 10/11 uses a "Fast Startup" feature that doesn't fully clear the system on a regular shutdown.
Check for Updates: Outdated drivers or system files are a prime cause of instability.
Go to Settings > Windows Update and click Check for updates. Install all available updates, including optional driver updates if they are offered.
Also, check for updates for your specific software, especially your web browser and any antivirus software (other than Windows Defender).
Run the Windows Security Scan: Malware can cause all sorts of system instability.
Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
Run a Quick Scan first. If that finds nothing, run a Full Scan.
